He held his sword with pride and dashed at the enemies. Piercing through one of them he went for the next one. His eyes glowed detecting the last one. He tightened his grip on the sword...

"Alan!"

Someone shouted in his ear. The sound wave shivered all over his body.

"I will kill you!" he threatened.

He opened his eyes. Silence covered the atmosphere for seconds. All his classmates stared at him. The whole class started laughing.

"What a loser!" all of them said together.

Everything remained clouded around him. Everything looked blury. After forcefully blinking a few times, he regained his senses.

After observing he found himself in his classroom, attached to his desk. Warm breeze blowed through the classroom. Sweaty stench came from his pores. His throat thriving for water.

He felt an aura coming from his side. His teacher stood beside him. Alan stood up.

His heart began to pump. His eyes forgot sleep. In place of Mr. Miller he could see a monster. It had horns and it's eyes were red.

"Alan!" said Mr. Miller. His face looked red. He kept breathing rapidly.

"Sir!" replied Alan.

"Sleeping in class again?" asked Mr. Miller.

"I am sorry!" said Alan. He bowed his head.

"Ok, I forgive you," said Mr. Miller. His teeths came out as he grinned.

"Thanks, sir," Alan sighed mentally. His heartbeat calmed.

"Go and stand outside!" Ordered Mr. Miller.

"But..." Alan hesitated.

"Now!" shouted Mr. Miller.

Alan left his desk and rushed at the hallway. He cursed mentally a few times.

His classmates observed him. They grinned. Alan touched his cheeks and found it wet. His body went numb. He kept remembering his dream. His soul drifted to that world again. The setting around him changed.

He stood still in the hallway. Someone screamed. A teacher was screaming in another class. Scorching heat covered his body. His vision went blury.

Alan kept looking at his watch. He sighed a few times. His eyes were closing slowly. The bell rang. It was music to his ears.

He slowly stepped into the class room. Someone thumped his shoulder.

"Are you a horse?" James asked. He kept grinning.

"Huh?" replied Alan. How could he be a horse? Couldn't he see he was living human?

"Weren't you sleeping outside while standing?" said James. He began to laugh aloud.

Alan went for his seat. He kept his eyes sticked to the ground. So his vision doesn't meet anyones. Andrew pinched him from behind.

"Yo!" said Andrew. His face was shining.

"What was that?" asked Alan. The pinch kept biting his back.

"How much did you get in the exam?" questioned Andrew. His eyes were shaking.

"The class test?" asked Alan. Mr. Miller took a class test a few days ago.

"I got eighty percent! Hooray!" Andrew waved his arms in the air.

Alan didn't reply. His tongue didn't want to come out. His throat was biting. He got only twenty percent.

"Wanna do homework together?" asked Andrew. He put his hands on Alan's shoulder.
