BEFORE i knew it, the project was finished and the short story was written. jisung and i proudly handed it in (mainly jisung, i was a bit worried, actually). our teacher said she was glad we got paired up. i agreed. i hoped jisung did, too.
"so, after school, at the cafe again?" he asked during class. i wasn't sure what he meant, but to miss out on him would be stupid. so i nodded my head yes and went back to taking notes on infinitives and infinitive phrases.
