"Okay, squad seven will be. Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno."

Naruto lifted his head up and cheered. "Yeah! Alright!" While Sakura hung her head. "I'm doomed."

I rolled my eyes, as Sensei continued. "Kaori Hikaru, and Sasuke Uchiha." My sister leaped out of her previous position cheering, as Naruto hung his head low.

'Oh no... I'm not on Naruto's team.. And he's gotta deal with ducky. Oh dear lord.'

"Next, squad eight. Hinata Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka, Aito Mikara, and Shino Aburame." The tiger like girl turns to smile at her friend, as I gag internally at the lavender eyed girl.

Sakura turns to Ino and sticks out her tongue. Jealousy flares in Ino's eyes as Shikamaru starts talking to her.

"Squad 10. Ino Yamanaka, Sikamaru Nara." "Ha! did you say something about hating to be on my squad?" Shikamaru laughs at Ino who growls in return.

"And Chouji Akamichi."

'Uh oh.. This doesn't leave me with many options...' My eyes drift to the sleeping raven and the uninterested Kitoro.

'Th-there's plenty more people here!'

"Squad four. Kiyoko Tachika, Toru Asano, and Chikao Seto."

'SHIITT!!!'

"And Lastly, Squad three. Minako Haruno, Itame Nakashi, and Kitoro Makuya."

'SHIT SHOT SHOOT DAMNIT FUCK AHHHHGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

"Those are all the squads."

"Sensei! Why does a super awesome ninja like me have to be stuck with a slug like Sasuke!?" Naruto points accusingly at Ducky

"Sasuke had the best scores of all the graduating students..Naruto, you had the worst."

I rub my temples as everybody laughs. "So to even it out, we put the best with the worst." Naruto growls and sits back down.

"Just make sure to stay out of my way.. Loser." Sasuke mumbles

"WHAT WAS THAT!?" Naruto Narrows his eyes at the raven.

"Hard of hearing?" He replies.

I elbow Sasuke in his rib and he tries to play it off cool, but I knew he was silently suffering. A nearby Kaori had seen it and put her head down and started laughing.

Sensei clears his throat and I turn my attention back to him. "After lunch, you'll meet your new jounin teachers, until then, class dissmissed."

"I can't believe we're not gonna be on the same team!" I stuff my face with my food trying to calm down.

Naruto stares at the bento I packed for him, just lost in thought. "Ne, Naruto-kun, aren't you gonna eat?"

Naruto looks at me confused. "Kun?" "Wh-what?"

"Nothing, just you've never been so formal." He says looking off into the distance again.

'Now's my chance to tell him!'

I tuck some hair behind my ear, and I feel a blush start to form. "W-well before, I wasn't in lo-"

"Yeah yeah yeah, that's great, um see ya later!" Naruto cuts me off and before I could protest, he disappears.

"Well fine! I WANTED TO BE ALONE ANYWAY!!" I cross my arms, clearly hurt, and pissed.
