(I'm being historically correct rn, so don't tell me it should be Tokyo. Kyoto was the capital of Japan until Emperor Meiji made Edo his headquarters in 1868, renaming the city Tokyo. Though, it was considered the seat of the government since 1603 because Shogun Tokugawa had made the city his headquarters before Meiji. Okay, enough with the history lesson, whoops)
