Chapter 20

Lauren's POV

How can that jerk do that to us!? if he wasnt our boss i would punch his British face. While we were walking down the street camila tried to grab my hand, i told her no, i couldnt risk us loosing our contract this is all our dream.

I looked over at Camila and she looked hurt, maybe i shouldnt of been rude, i'll talk to her later when we're alone. We walked to the studio which was 3 blocks down and started recording music. When we entered the studio we were greeted by a crowd of people.

This is so exciting ! We are going to be making our own music. We all sat around the lounge and started brainstorming lyrics. But of course i was distracted. I kept looking at camz and admiring her beauty. The way she bites her lip, the way she's so focus, the way her hair falls perfectly off her head. She's all i ever think about , she still distracts me when shes not around

THATS IT!

I grabbed a pen and paper and started writing

After about 20 mintues i went to our producer ,"Hey rick i have a little something, can you play something soft." He smiled and nodded his head. I got in the booth and took a deep breath and the music started

When i finished the song i looked out in the lounge and everyone was shocked

"Lauren that was amazing!" both normani and ally screamed

"Shoo L dog that got me right in the heart" as dinah patting her heart and laugh

And lastly camila

"Wow. Lauren, did you really write that?"

I nodded my head and bit my lip,"did you like it?" i asked nervously.

She shook her head and slightly smiled ,"i loved it." i wanted to kiss her so badly but i knew that i had to keep our relationship a secret.

Camila's POV

The song lauren sang was so beautiful. When she finished singing i wanted to run into the booth and kiss her but i have to use every force in my body not to. After a few hours of recording and writing music we went back home and chilled in the living room

"Camz can you come in here for a second." lauren called from the kitchen. i got up quietly and went to the kitchen.

"Whats up lolo?"

"I just wanted to say im sorry for earlier. I didnt mean to sound rude. I just dont want to jeopardize our dream. i love you camzi, but we just have to be careful. okay?"

I looked at her careful and her eyes became glossy. oh no.

"Camz why are you crying?"

"Youre ashamed of being seen with me huh?"

"No no of course not I -"

"Save it lauren." and with that she ran up the stairs into her room and slammed the door.
