Chapter 8

-At the beach-

"Isn't that Emma?" Tom asked coming over to me.

"Yeah it is" I nodded.

"I'm gonna go and say hi"

"You do that"

Tom went over to Emma who was sitting on the sad digging a hole with Ben. Gi walked over to me with Jenny at her side.

"Hi Ash" she smiled hugging me.

"Hey" I replied.

"How are you?"

"I'm good, how about you?"

"Doing well thanks. Who's the other girl?"

"That's Emma, my old friend, she's staying with me for a bit"

"Ah right"

"Jenny!" Isabelle squealed running to her. They hugged for a while and went off talking.

"I was completely ignored, I've been replaced!" I said putting my hand on my heart. "How far along you now?"

"7 and a half months. I won't be doing loads today"

"Not long then. Is the nursery looking good?"

"Yes, you need to come and see it soon its practically finished" Gi grinned.

"Guess who?" Someone said from behind me, putting their hands over my eyes.

"Is it a murderer but fails because they do that to everyone so they then have time to escape?"

"No" they replied "it's Danny!"

"Well, I hadn't realised from the accent that it was you" I answered sarcastically.

"Shut up you" Danny laughed shoving me.

I shook my head and went over to the others and sat next to Emma and Matt. We have two Emma's now. That's gonna be confusing.

"Mum? Can we go in the sea now?" Mitchell asked running over to me.

"Yeah sure, do the others want to go in?"

"I think so" he shrugged. I picked Mitchell up and went to all out bags. I got his swimming trunks ad changed him into them. "Can you come in mum?"

"I'll come in a little"

"Emma and dad and Harry are going in now"

"Go and join them and I'll be there in a few minutes"

"Okay" Mitchell said running over to Dougie.

"Ben? Do you want to go in?"

"Yeah! Are you coming in?"

"I'll get you ready and then I will"

"Yeyy!"

I got Ben changed and took my clothes off and went down to the sea with him.

"Shit! It's cold!" I said as I got knee deep.

"Here's Dougie!" Dougie shouted splashing water over me and Ben.

"Ahhhh too cold!"

"You get used to it!"

"Ace and Whizz and Jenny and me and James are coming!" Matt shouted.

"Bring the foosball!" Harry shouted back.

"Piggy back!" Emma laughed jumping on my back.

"I'm gonna go help those two, I'll be back in a minute" Dougie said leaving the sea to go to the others. I let go of Emma as she waved with both hands at Dougie making her fall in the sea. Which ended in us having a splash fight.
