Chapter 10: Change

Start from the beginning

Xie Xie was slapping Tang Wulin as he laughed maniacally. Long got fed up and with one snap of a finger, the metal around the room turned into chains and restrained Xie Xie.

"Sit!"

The chains bound Xie Xie unto the chair and Long's gravity manipulation started acting up as everything floated and using  opposite charges, he repelled the room back into order.

"Teacher... I'm sorry!"

Wu Zhangkong ignored Tang Long and sat down on his chair, class went on extra hard that day which nearly made all of the student's souls fly out of their bodies...

                          《》

"Sea God... It's approaching..."

"I warned you but you didn't believe me. I don't particularly blame you but still... I'm really worried for the god's realm.

"No time for that... We must act or else!"

"I understand... Now give me back my trident!"

"That Dragon God... I just hope he can do something about this..."

"Destruction god... That won't happen. He's already dead. The Ancient Ming got him and the rest of the clan."

《》

"Linlin where are you going?"

"To the blacksmith association!"

Tang Long was taken aback. He was a blacksmith after all but he dosen't want to take that profession seriously. That was just a way of earning money for him. What really matters is his strength!

"Right! Be careful! And if you see any weird uncles offering you candy please stay away from them... I don't want you to meet a Jared in this world..."

"Who's Jared?"

"Nobody important... He he he..."

Mumbling the Jared part, Tang Wulin actually heard it and Long started sweating.

"Long'er... Don't let anyone know of that world alright?"

"I understand..."

Wu Xing's Solemn voice echoed in his head and he agreed. No one but him would understand those modern terms and explaining is too troublesome. Waving the little golden dragon king goodbye, Long then sighed before tracing tje mark on his forehead which means "Emperor"

"Uncle... It's inactive..."

"It's most likely adapting to your body. Afterall, it was from another universe. They generally had a different cultivation system there than here..."

"They don't have martial souls?"

Tang Ling was puzzled. Although he read about wuxia except DD1, he got really too attatched and used to the world he was in. Compared to other worlds, this world was much more tame. No stupid arrogant rich kid type cultivators or those experts who are literally a few thousand years, no.

Maybe older than that but they still fail to recognize mount tai. How dumb could they be? Even if Long didn't get a martial soul from Wu Xing or get Wu Xing as his "old grandpa" type golden finger, he was confident that he can still become an important figure using his common sense.
