I ran down the sidewalks, turning here and there, panting heavily. Just 10 minutes ago, I was stressing about what to wear and accidently took too long. Justin was probably waiting for me.
I ended up wearing a Hamilton shirt, black hoodie, and gray/black sweatpants.
Classic Jack.
As I neared the library, my heart pounded out of my chest. Was this considered our first date? Jackie and Derek were on their 3rd date currently. She left about an hour ago. I don't know where they went though. But I wish Jackie told me where they went so I knew good date places for when I had the courage to ask Justin out.
Maybe they went to a fancy restaurant? Or maybe to the movies? Perhaps they went to the romantic park? Or they went to the dumpster.
I finally arrived at the library and Justin was waiting for me at the library doors. I felt a pang of guilt.
"There you are! What took you so long?" he exclaimed.
Ahhhhhh.
How can this dude look so good, when all he's wearing is a purple shirt and ripped jeans?
Just how?
"Fashion dilemma." I grinned and looked down at my sweatpants. Justin blushed a little.
"You look absolutely perfect." he said.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Justin grabbed my hand and walked inside. I saw some kids running around, reading books, playing games on the old computers, and just hanging out with friends.
Ah, how I enjoy watching the group of people that actually have a life, unlike me.
Justin disappeared under a bookcase.
"Justin?" I murmured.
I looked under the heavy bookcase and saw a huge hole, big enough for someone to crawl into.
"Woah...I thought this stuff only happened in movies!" I said, grinning. Once I slipped into the hole, Justin pounced on my face. My eyes widened in shock, but then relaxed into the kiss. Once he pulled away, I smirked.
"I was waiting for that..." I said. Justin turned red in the face. I looked around. The room was pretty small, maybe five by four feet. There was some dust, but not a lot. I spotted some comfortable areas to sit. The air was cool and misty, and smelled like fresh sawdust. It was light enough to see everything in the small room, but still dark. An old, dusty bookcase stood five feet away.
"So, what do we do?" I asked, playing with my fingers. Justin winked, and walked over to the bookcase. He flexed his arms dramatically as I rolled my eyes. With a heavy exaggerated push, the bookcase moved over just enough to reveal a small door.
"Really?" I stared in disbelief. "How many secret rooms are in this library?"
"Enough to give us some privacy." Justin responded as he swung open the tiny door and walked in. I followed him. This room was about four times the size of the room we just left. There was actually a TV, a couch, a fridge, and a bunch of cardboard boxes just lying around.
I raised my eyebrow.
"Legend has it that the owner lives here. But the owner actually lives in a really nice house." Justin said disappointingly.
"Huh." I replied. I walked straight to the fridge.
Classic Jack.
After hoping that there would be something edible in the fridge, I opened it to reveal pizza!
"Justin! Pizza!" I squealed excitedly.
"Yup, I ordered it before." he said with a grin. I opened the box eagerly.
"Yes!" I screamed in delight.
Pineapple pizza!
Now before you get your pepperoni in a bunch, I actually happen to like pineapple pizza. It's my favorite topping. And I'm not going to say something embarassing and rude about pepperoni pizza, so in exchange, don't say something embarrassing and rude about pineapple pizza.
I ran over to hug Justin.
"Best. Boyfriend. EVER!!!" I yelled. He laughed and shrugged me off.
"Come on, I'm hungry. Open the box already and give me a slice, please?" Justin asked.
I hissed and hugged the pizza box protectively.
"No one touches my pizza. Mine!" I scowled. Justin walked over to me and put his arm around me.
"Even your boyfriend?" he purred. I scowled again.
"Why do you have to be so cute?" I murmured grumpily while giving him a slice.
We curled up on the couch while watching High School Musical 3.
Ok, I know, but I'm willing to watch Dora The Explorer if Justin was on my lap and pizza was in my mouth.
Pretty soon we both were snoring.
Until my phone vibrating woke us up.
I reached for my phone and looked at the notification.
"An unknown number has sent you a message."
I checked to see who.
My heart pounded and my throat went dry. I immediately turned off my phone.
"Who is it?" Justin murmured, looking up at me.
"Uh, nobody." I said quickly. Justin frowned.
"Who is it?" he asked again.
"My sister." I lied.
"Okay..." Justin murmured.
Yeah. I lied.
My phone vibrated again, but I ignored it.
"Why is she texting you so much?" Justin asked.
"I don't know..." I said.
My phone vibrated again.
I had the urge to throw my phone across the room.
No way am I going to let this person ruin my date.
Justin took my phone and unlocked it.
"No! Give it back! Justin!" I made several failed attempts to grab my phone. Justin kept putting out of my reach.
The downside of having a tall boyfriend.
Justin read the messages that were sent to me. His eyes widened.
"Oh my gosh..." he whispered.
I nodded and gulped.
"She's back..."
>I'm updating quicker.
Cuz I love you.
I put another cliffhanger.
Cuz I love you.
I added a video about carrots.
Cuz I love carrots.<
