You watched as everyone filled the cafeteria, quickly. You then felt Frisk's hand pull you forward, then guide you towards a table in the corner of the cafeteria. There, Chara was sitting, along with a yellow monster with no arms and a goat-monster, much like Mrs. Dremurr, wearing a green sweater like Chara's.

You sat down beside Frisk quietly while everyone else talked. Chara then called to your attention. "Hey, new girl! Don't you ever talk?" They wondered.

You shrugged. "I guess sometimes..." was your reply. Chara rolled her eyes. "If you wanna fit in at this school, you gotta talk. You gotta be known for something!"

Frisk elbowed Chara in the rib. "Chara, stop!" They scolded.

Chara raised their arms, innocently. "I'm not lying!" They defended. "Everyone's got something they're known for!"

Frisk rolled their eyes and turned to you. They pointed at the goat-monster. "That's Asriel-me and Chara's brother." Asriel waved at you and smiled. Frisk then pointed at the yellow, no-armed monster. "And that's Monster kid! He's my friend." You waved at him, seeing as he couldn't wave at you.

You all then talked about various topics. Monsters, introductions, Chara getting in trouble, Monster kid's way of writing, etc.

Your next class was history. Frisk wasn't in that class, but Chara was. There were multiple empty seats, so you chose the one closest to Chara, since they were the only one you knew there. "Ah, I knew you'd warm up to me!" They said as you sat down. You shrugged, but couldn't help but smile at your new friend.

"Alright, class" the history teacher said. We have a new student. (Y/n)" they said, pointing to you. "On that note, today, we'll be talking about the history of schools!"

Chara yet out a sarcastic "yaaay" and rolled their eyes. The teacher shot them an annoyed glance. "I'm sorry, Chara. What would you like to talk about today?" The teacher asked sarcastically.

Chara smirked. "Well, Mr. Jensen," they started, crossing their eyes. "Let's start with talking about your haircut-oh wait! You don't have hair to begin with!" Chara said, confidently. You gasped at their sudden and rude response. "Chara's like this every day" a kid next to you informed you.

Mr. Jensen's face was turning red with anger. "That's it, young lady! Principal's office. NOW!"

Chara, still smiling, picked up their backpack and left, casually. You watched silently and tried to process what just happened. Mr. Jensen sighed then turned to you, sympathetically. "I apologize, miss (y/n)..." was all he said, then continued on with class.

That was definitely an odd experience you won't forget...
