"How about if we win- I get a kiss from you." He looked up at me as I looked down at him.

"You try too hard!" I smiled.

"Is that a yes?"

"In your dreams, Richie Tozier! 1!!!" I screamed. Me and Bill pushed at each other's shoulders.

"Whoop!! Go team Tozier!!!" Ben yelled.

"Excuse me who the hell decided on team Tozier?!" I kept my gaze on Bill.

"It's gonna be our future family name my dear Bugaboo! Better get used to it at a young age." He blew a kiss up to me.

I pushed extra force, knocking Bill and Stan backwards into the water. "Suck it!!" I screamed at them. Richie released his grip on my thighs and wrapped his hands around my waist as I slipping off his shoulder into the water. "How about that kiss??" He said jokingly, knowing full well he wasn't gonna get it.

"Hmmmm.... Okay!" I said quickly, pecking his lips. Everyone let out a gasp, in shock. I laughed, letting myself fall backwards into the water as I watched Richie. His face grew a bright red as he let himself sink into the water.

Bill floated next to Beverly, making me a little pissed.

Richie popped out of the water with a gasp. "Ah fuck! What was that?!"

"Something touched my foot! Right here!" Stan said, hovering over a certain spot near me.

"What was it?!" Eddie floated near that spot.

Bill and I dove under the water, coming back up a couple seconds later to face him. "It was a turtle." We said in sync, earning laughs from everyone else.

We swam over to the rocks, laying out the towels we left here before we got onto the cliff. Bev laid one out closer to the edge, putting shades on and sunbathing as I turned on the stereo.

"This is a jam for all the fella's! Tryin to do what those ladies tell us!"

All the guys became engrossed in watched her sunbathe in her underwear.

"Gettin shot down 'cuz you're over zealous! Play hard to get females get jealous! Okay smartie go to a party girls are scantily clad and showin body! A chick walks by you wish you could sex her but standing on the wall like you was poindexter!"

I scoffed, laying out my own towel behind them and laying down. I grabbed a book that I had and started reading.

I glanced over. She turned her head to look at them, they all pretended they were doing something instead of being perverts.

"News flash ben! Schools out for summa!" Richie used his hand for a microphone, digging through Ben's backpack.

"What?" I said, standing up and walking over about three feet just to sit behind ben and Richie.

"Oh that? That's not school stuff." Ben said. I made sure Billy was looking this way when I rested my chin on Richie's shoulder. If he was gonna flirt with Someone and make me mad, I was gonna flirt and make him mad.

"Who gave you this?!" Richie grabbed a post card with a picture of the Well house.

"Nobody!" Ben snatched it from a smiling Richie.

Richie grabbed out a green folder, opening it to look inside. There was a picture of a news article that read Easter explosion kills 88 children, 102 in total.

I felt a hurt in my heart. "What's with the history project?" Richie asked.

"Well, when I first moved here, I didn't really have anyone to hang with. So I just started spending time in the library." I just stayed silent and watched as he passed it to Billy, who took a look.

"You went to the library? ...on purpose?!" Richie raised an eyebrow. I smacked his arm, which hurt more since it was bare skin. It left a small red mark.

"If you ever want me to be a future Tozier, like it says In your Diaries, better watch what you say!" I stuck my tongue out at him, still with my chin on his shoulder.

"I do NOT have any diaries!!!" He said the word with a taste of disgust.

"You SO have a diary!"

"I wanna see!" Beverly's voice got our attention. She stood up and sat next to Bill, looking over his shoulder.

He turned his head slowly to look at her. "Y-y-y-your h-hair." He said softly.

"Your... your hair is beautiful, Beverly." Ben said with a warm smile. I had to admit, it was kind of cute. Would be cuter on me though... I wonder what Richie would think about me with short hair...

"Oh- right. Thanks..." she half smiled at him, tucking one of the curls behind her ear.

"Here!" I took my chin off of Richie's shoulder and reached my arm out towards Bill. "-pass it." I grabbed the folder from him and shifted so that I was beside Richie.

"Why is it all murders and missing kids?!" Richie looked over my bare shoulder. I tied my damp, almost dry, hair into a bun so that it was out of my face.

"Derry's not like any town I've ever been in before..." ben started explaining. We all looked at him while he spoke. "They did a study once, and it turned out people die or disappear six times the national average."

"You read that?" Beverly looked at him with interest.

"And that's just grown-ups. Kids are worse... way, way worse. I've- got more stuff if you guys wanna see it!" He shifted back a little.

"Okay!" I said. I quickly licked the side of Richie's face before jumping up and grabbing my dress, putting it back on. Richie wrapped his arm around my waist, picking my up and swirling me around. He quickly licked my face.

"Richie!!" I screamed, giggling soon after. He released his grip on me to get his stuff.

I stuffed my book into my empty backpack, swinging it over my shoulder and walking around to where we left our bikes. I hopped on my bike. "Lead the way!" I smiled at Ben.

He rode his bike in front of the rest of us losers, leading the way to his house.
