This is purely my own theory.
When we are growing inside our mothers' uterus, we look really creepy and very similar to aliens.
What if when people abort their child or the child dies before it's born, it's essence is transported to a different galaxy? There they grow up with the knowledge of humans. They consider their transport to a different galaxy a banishment. They hate humans very much.
They will one day come back to Earth to take revenge on the species that banished them from their original home.
Think about that
