EXTENDED SUMMARY:
Malus was the last of a dead species and no one wanted to help him out or give him a home, so he had to make do. By making do, he steals and steals and steals. One day, while he's running away from whatever law enforcement on the planet he's been occupying for a whole five minutes, he slides onto a ship just as the door is closing and they fly away. This ship happens to belong to the Guardians of the Galaxy and now they're stuck with him, for better or for worse!
NOTES:
— You can decide what his species is/what their powers and characteristics are, the only thing that can't change is that he's the absolute last one
— He's got a similar personality to Peter where it's tough for him to take things seriously and he often uses humor to cope with serious problems (he and Gamora do not get along lmao)
