On Monday morning, I was unable to make it to the book store. The dean wouldn't let me out of class, no matter what I said. Monday after class I called the store and they were going to be closed the rest of the week. I sat at my desk trying to finish my homework before the girls got here to go shopping for my birthday party tonight. This school year isn't what I thought it would be. I guess I always knew I wasn't normal. I wonder what the birthday party is going to be like. Tonight is going to be for just us and Adam's family, which meant more witchcraft. Tomorrow, we are throwing an exclusive party, at a bowling ally. No alcohol, but there was going to be a DJ. I finished my homework and put it away as the girls came in the room.

“Ready?” Mandy asked.

“Yeah, lets go.” I responded grabbing my stuff and walking out the door. We took a taxi to the mall and spent most of the morning shopping. We stopped for lunch and bought Chinese food from the food court.

“Have you talked to Jeff about what happened last weekend?” Cynthia asked.

“Yeah. He said that he is going to keep an eye on me. He also said that the only time I am allowed out by myself is when I have one of you with me. If I have to go out alone, he has to come with me. He also mentioned that he is going to keep it away from the other Officers until they know it was Michael for sure.” I replied taking a bite of my food.

“Enough, witchcraft talk. What I want to know is what's been going on with you and Adam?” Trish asked taking a bite.

“Nothing is going on. Why are you guys obsessing? The only time we talk is when we are talking about witchcraft. We have never had a conversation about anything else. When I was in the hospital he messaged me say that he wanted to talk. I just haven't had time to.” I replied.

“Looks like it's your lucky day. There he is now.” Cynthia said pointing over to a group of boys. “Go talk to him.”

“If he wants to talk he can come here. Besides I'm eating.” I replied. After we ate we decided to do some more shopping. The girls decided to go to H&M, which I had no say in. I looked around at the jeans and t-shirts while the others looked at dresses. I accidentally bumped into someone.

“Sorry. Oh, hey Adam.” I said turning around to look at who I bumped into.

“Zoey, what are you doing here.” he replied.

“Party shopping with the girls. You?”

“Doing the same thing you are. I would like to introduce you to some of my other friends this is Jake, Dustin and Rocky.” he said introducing the other three boys.

“Nice to meet you,” I responded,

“This is the girl you were telling us about? He talks about you all the time. I'm surprised he hasn't asked you to the party yet.” Dustin said looking at me. I looked at Adam who turned a deep red. I smiled at him. The other girls came up to us with there purchases.

“Great, you're done. We can leave.” I said grabbing Trish and dragging her out.

“Do you guys want to come shopping with us? I mean the more people we have the more fun we can have.” Mandy asked.

“We would love to.” Rocky replied. Everyone started talking about school and how the party was going to be so much fun. I fall to the back where Adam is walking.

“What did you want to talk about?” I asked Adam.

“Can we talk about this later tonight? I just don't want them to over hear. Don't get me wrong I want to talk to you, its just personal. I hope you understand.” Adam replied.
