Beater or Cheater?

One month has passed since the game began. During that time, 2,000 people have died. I managed to make myself popular by becoming a trader, I traded information and items for things I saw useful for myself, I managed to level up quickly earning reputation for myself though I didn't like to brag. 

I was strong and many others were, however, no one has yet been able to clear the first floor. I was a beta tester, and even I haven't found the boss room. They moved it from where it was in the beta. And today, we're finally holding a meeting on how to defeat the first floor boss. 

Everyone attending the meeting was by the fountain, I was just walking around, I noticed Kirito leaning against a wall. 'So he's still alive...' I thought to myself as I watched him walk towards everyone else.

We all moved to a closed off area with seating, I sat by myself trying to avoid Kirito. "Okay, lets get started, people! Thank you for coming today. My name is Diabel." Diabel spoke "I like to consider my job as knight." He added causing everyone to laugh, even I found myself letting out a small laugh. 

"There's no job system in this game!" Someone shouted. 

"A knight?" 

"Then, is the meeting a joke, too?" People started conversing with one another. 

"You should take this seriously!" Diabel got everyone to shut up and he continued. "Today, our party found the boss room at the top of the tower." He broke the news and my eyes widened, I was more interested in this meeting now. 

"We need to defeat the boss, reach the second floor, and tell everyone waiting in the Town of Beginnings that it is possible to beat this game." He paused.

"Everyone present here shares this duty! Do you all agree?" He asked and I looked at everyone sat down, they all nodded and started clapping, there was even a whistle from someone. "All right, then let us being our planning. First, divide into parties of six." Diabel said and my eyes widened and I frantically looked around for a party to join. 

"Of course we'll be in the same party. An ordinary party has no chance against a floor boss. We'll need to form a raid group using multiple parties." He finished, I looked around once again and spotted Kirito with a hooded figure, I sighed and headed over. 

"Can I join you both?" I asked looking forward, the figure which I figured was a girl from the boots, nodded.

I looked at Kirito who seemed shocked to see me. "So, it that a yes or a no?" I tilted my head to the side, a habit which I seem to have, Kirito nodded his head and added me to their party, O accepted and looked at the girls name. 'Asuna.' O turned my attention back to the front waiting to hear what was going to happen next. 

"Okay, have you formed your parties?" Diabel asked. "Then-" Diabel was cut off. 

"Just a second!" Someone shouted, I looked back to see someone stood at the top of where everyone was sat, they jumped down and stood next to Diabel.

"My names Kibaou. I wanna say something before we take on the boss. Some of you here need to apologize to the 2,000 who have died so far!" He shouted pointing at the crowd of people. 

"Kibaou, are you referring to the beta testers?" Diabel said and I tensed up. 

"Of course I am! On the day this stupid game started, the beta guys ditched us beginners, and they all disappeared. They took all the good hunting spots and easy quests for themselves, so only they could get stronger. And then, they just ignored the rest of us. I'm sure someone here was in the beta!" Kibaou said turning towards the crowd, I tensed up once again.
