-(y/n)'s P.O.V-
Good morning day two of summer break!
I bet Gladion's already up. Let's go see him.
Though, to my surprise, Gladion wasn't up.
... Perhaps his alarm didn't go off...?
And so, I decided to check in on him, in his room, to see that he was still asleep.
Oh dear! Gladion's going to be late for work!
I rushed up to him, and started to shake him like crazy.
"What?!" Gladion harshly asked.
... This shocked me; Gladion's never harsh to me...
"... Your work... You're going to be late if you don't-"
"Don't worry about it. I quit all of my jobs." Gladion said.
Again, another shocker.
Gladion's been working so hard to keep all seven of his main jobs, plus some side jobs... So why would he quit them?
"Why did you-"
"Just let me sleep!" Gladion said, before pushing my hands away.
I frowned.
Guess I'll ask later. After all, he can be quite cranky in the morning...
I then exited Gladion's room, and prepared some breakfast for myself.
If Gladion needs some time to wake up, then I'll wait...
-Gladion's P.O.V-
As I was laying in bed, I realized that I should probably start getting packed for the trip. But, I shouldn't pack too much, for I don't know where I'll be staying once I arrive in Kanto...
-(y/n)'s P.O.V-
Okay, it's already ten-am! Gladion may not be the earliest riser, but he never sleeps in late! So, I walked to Gladion's room, and opened the door, to see a shocking sight; Gladion putting things in a suitcase.
"What's... Going on?" I questioned.
"I'm leaving Alola." Gladion said.
"When will you be back? Is this a new job opportunity, or-"
"I'm not sure if I'll be coming back, if at all, and if so, when." Gladion explained.
"Why... Why're you leaving?" I questioned, as a few tears slipped down my face.
"I can't tell you. But, there is something you should know." Gladion said with a frown.
"What?" I inquired.
"... We can't be together anymore..."
