A problem that I have had:

Euhm... What type of problem? Okay, let me get serious about this then. I'm putting a warning right here, right now because I'm going to be talking about self-harm.

So, two years ago some shit went down in my life and well, I got in some sort of depression. I didn't really talk about it to anyone and I was pretty good at faking being okay while I really wasn't. Reality was a place I didn't want to be so I started cutting myself. The pain sucked me into another world. It helped me escape reality and in a way made my head a little clearer.
With some help of a really good friend I got over what happened and in the long term stopped harming myself.

Let me tell you, if you have any suicidal thoughts or you harm yourself in any way, please seek help. Go to someone you can trust. It doesn't have to be an adult. I had help from my best friend. Just know that you're never alone and that suicide and self-harm aren't the answer.
