Chapter 11: Oops!

This was supposed to be Chapter 12 since Chapter 11 was supposed to be How To Sleep & Cry when I realized I kinda did that in Chapter 10 already, so I deleted that. And yeah, here is Chapter 11.

And I'm trying to finish possibly two chapters this week excluding my second book that'll have its own, so four chapters this week since by next week I'm going back to school then bye bye wattpad. I still have it in my phone duh! But I have class and studying like a lot of studying. But I'm sorry if I'm not able to write all 4 since I'm been doing a bunch of stuff.

Oops!

I woke up the next morning with balls of tissue filled with snot. If I wasn't so sad I would've been disgusted when I started rolling around on it. My eyes were really puffy and my eye sight a bit blurry. I wanted to stand, but I felt glued to the bed. It was just so unfair, what happened to being there for each other when now he's with someone else who looks a lot like a model compared to me.

I slowly stood from my bed (turtle speed) and checked my clock it was already 11, so I started sliding my feet on the hardwood floor towards my bathroom.

The walk down the stairs were the longest they've ever been. My parents weren't anywhere not in their bedroom or the kitchen, so I just sat down staring at nothing. When I heard my stomach growl I stood up and went over to the fridge where I found a note:

Hey honey! Well your father and I are going to this knitting convention, and today is the last day.

P.S. If your gonna go out pls pick up some eggs from the grocery.

After reading the note I opened the fridge and took out a carton of milk and cereal from the cupboard, then a bowl and a spoon. I poured my cereal in first then my milk, but only the right amount. I ate all my cereal and drank my milk then checked my phone for messages.

I stood up from my chair still crying but not as much. I got into my room and checked my luggage since I haven't placed them in my closet yet.

I just took out a simple pair of leggings and a loose top paired with my white ballet flats. I changed out of my pjs deciding not to take a shower anymore then headed out into the sunny morning, after locking the door.

Taking my car I drove to the nearest starbucks since coffee always soothes my problems. When I entered the cafe I saw it wasn't that crowded and walked over to the counter.

"Hey! What would you like for today" the cashier asked with a bright smile.

"Uh....maybe just some brewed coffee"

"What size!"

"Tall and my names Mellana, that's M, E, two Ls and Ana with one A" I answered.

"Okay! It'll be ready in a while you can get over there" she said before pointing to the pick up counter.
