Oof - V x Reader

Pool

It was the middle of summer and really hot. Your air conditioner broke so your house was a sauna. You decided to take V to the local public pool. What could go wrong?

You arrived at the pool holding onto V's arm. It wasn't overly busy so that was good. You set your bags down on some beach chairs and turned around to see that V had continued walking forward without you, falling right into the deep end of the pool. He sank straight down and didn't come back up. You gasped and jumped into the pool, carrying him to the surface of the water.

"V! You have to be more careful!" You said as he coughed.

"Sorry for worrying you, honey, I forgot I can't swim." He said. You took him out of the deep end and brought him to a more comfortable depth.

"Don't you think we should leave the penguins alone? I'm sure the dolphins would rather have our company." V said.

"Penguins? What are you talking about?" You asked, confused.

"This is the zoo isn't it?" He replied.

"No... It's the public pool." You explained.

"Ooh, that explains the chemical smell," He said. After you cooled down in the pool, you both decided to go home.
