∆The Gods Voice∆

Levi laid in a peaceful slumber, his mind filled with nothing but the gorgeous, soothing voice of Eren's that sort of pulled the truth from Levi's heart. Levi had fallen asleep with Eren playing with his short hair, twisting the strands and braiding clumps of it and massaging his scalp with gentle nimble fingers. Levi couldn't help but to fall asleep. He loved every bit of the mysterious man already.

He couldn't help but to feel a strong pull towards him, like his once split soul was desperately pulling towards Eren to find it's other half.

He felt warm and comfortable, his mind completely at ease, something he's been trying to achieve for years with no success.

Levi's eyes cracked open, his ear feeling hot. He glanced over and blushed, seeing Erens gorgeous eyes smiling back. The make had just been kissing his ear. "Did I wake you?" Eren asked, resting a hand on Levi's cheek causing Levi's eyes to lid from the comfort. "Yeah, buts it's fine. I'm glad you did. You look so beautiful up close.." Levi murmured, shocking himself.

He would never say such a thing to anyone.

Well, maybe just Eren, the beautiful male had captivated all of Levi's attention, leaving him a blubbering mess.

Eren blushed softly and smiled, moving his hand down along Levi's jaw, studying him.

"I can't believe how handsome you are. I was expecting beauty, but this is so much more." Eren murmured before he nuzzled his face into Levi's neck. "you even smell nice. Like flowers and spice."

Levi smiled, reaching up and running his fingers through Erens soft, Tied up hair, gently pulling out the piece of silk that held it up. The chocolate locks fell into his face and Levi pushed them away, smiling down at the male.

"I never got your name." Eren murmured, smiling gently before sitting up which made Levi whine softly. Eren just smiled down at him, resting his hand on Levi's stomach and gently rubbing his belly like he was an over grown puppy.

"Levi." He replied, sitting up slowly which caused his head to throb. Levi groaned and touched his temple, furrowing his eyebrows as Eren began to sing softly.

The pain melted away, filling Levi's mind with the song that stole his attention to Eren.

All of Levi's attention must be on Eren. Nothing else. He belonged to Eren and Eren only.

Erens song stopped slowly and Levi reached over, taking his hand. "Is there anything I can do for you? To repay you for helping me?" Levi struggled not to add the words 'my beauty' to the sentence.

Eren smiled softly. "Will you stay here with me?" He asked softly, tilting his head as he held Levi's hand in both of his. Levi nodded quickly. "Of course I'll stay with you. I would never dream of leaving your side. It would be a nightmare." Levi answered quickly, his eyes gentle and truthful.

"Promise? You'll stay with me forever."

Something in Levi wanted him to run. Something screamed at him. Don't do it. Don't promise.

"Of course I promise." He smiled softly, giving Eren his most caring smile.

"Will you have me as your mate, forever? Love me for better and for worse and keep me by your side wherever we may go or end up? Never leave me for another or raise a hand towards me in anger?" Eren asked softly. His voice a pull that tugged at Levi's throat, begging and pleading for those words of assurance.

Levi felt that little something deep in the back of his conscious getting louder. Don't do it! Pull away!

Levi nodded. "I will never hurt you, Eren. I'll stay with you forever." Levi promised.

The smile Eren gave Levi silenced the warnings he heard in his head, pulling peace and adoring love from Levi's mind.

"Will you seal that promise with me? W-with a kiss?" Erens cheeks were dusted red, his beautiful eyes shining with hope and innocence along with the fear of rejection. His voice was melodic and hypnotic, putting Levi in a trance.

Levi smiled softly, a gentle and kind sight that soothed Erens worries.

Levi used his free hand to cup Erens cheek, brushing the soft hair behind his pointed ear. Erens skin felt soft and warm, sending veins of warmth up Levi's arm. His shining, beautiful eyes sparkled and Levi wanted nothing more than to get lost, adrift in his gorgeous, mesmerizing eyes.

Levi leaned in, Eren doing the same.

The space between them closed centimeter by centimeter and Levi paused just before he met Erens lips.

He could feel Erens warm breath tickle his face. He smelled of coconut and salt water. His eyes were closed. The shells braided in his hair were shades of green and blues with hues of pink and purple.

"L-levi?" Eren questioned, his eyes opening a bit.

Levi pressed his lips fully against Erens, his eyes falling closed.

As soon as their lips connected, alarms went off in Levi's head. His eyes flew open as Erens hands grabbed his shoulders, gripping him like a vice and pulling the male towards him as Eren fell back.

There was a large splash before Levi felt cold.

Very cold.
