Ambers POV
"Wait so your adopting someone?" I didn't know if I should be excited or sad at this moment.
My parents and I have always been a 3 person family. No pets or anything, just us. who knew what a fourth addition would be like.
"Yep, he's 17 and loves soccer, plays the guitar. he really is wonderful." my mom says with a smile
"Okay so when is he gonna be here?"
"Well were leaving tomorrow morning to go get him.it's about a 2 hour drive so you'll be home by yourself awhile. but we should be back by noon" my dad says
While pulling me in his lap.
Yes, I'm a daddy's girl. get over it.
"Okay" I say in a small voice
"Are you gonna be okay with this?"
"Honestly,yea. I am. I've always wanted an older sibling.So yea I'm excited."
And I really was excited. now that we've tales it through a little bit. I think it might be fun to have an older brother
"Good, now it's getting late. why don't you go to bed. and we will wake you up before we leave in the morning, okay?" I nodded my head and said good night. once I was in my room I got dressed in some shorts and a tank-top and laid back on my bed.
I guess I should start off with my name. I'm amber wilson and I'm 14. I've always been an only child until well......now. I played and am obsessed with soccer. it's my life, I live and breathe it. I live in California and right now it's summer so it's like blazing hot. Like I told you I'm daddy's babygirl and a moms girl. if you were to look at me and my mom and compare us both then you would see that we look nothing alike but that's another story for another time.
I turned my lights off and went to snuggle with my pillow. I can't wait for tomorrow.
