I heard a voice that was whispering just next to me and made a slow move. The whispers stopped and footsteps filled the silence in the room.

I opened my eyes slowly, looking at the silhouettes that were getting out of the room. I slowly got up, wiping my face and passing my fingers through my hair. Someone took my hand and I felt its warmth on my cold skin. My eyes averted to him and our eyes locked. Still the same after all those years, I thought.

He sat next to me and I felt weak. His small smile made me want to take a glance at his hand. I quickly looked away. I knew already what might've think about me and I didn't want any misunderstanding.

The fact that I was already in his house was like a hit in the tummy.

"You okay?" He asked.

"I'm fine." I answered. "Where am I? What happened?"

"You fell asleep yesterday night." He spoke. "I didn't want to wake you up and I don't where you live so I brought you here."

I nodded. It could've been anyone but it had to be him. For some reason, the universe wanted us to be together again. I knew I was in trouble right now. I had to go.

"Thanks for everything sir, but I have to go." I bowed and got up from bed, noticing I wasn't in my clothes from last night. I frowned at the sight of the dark silky dress I was wearing and he noticed it.

"I have many maids here and I saked them to help you change into more comfortable clothes. I have other ones if you need to-" He explained.

"No, it's okay, I'm just gonna take the dress I wore last night." I reassured.

"No, come on, follow me." He was insisting. He got out of the bedroom and led me to the other one. I looked at the railing that was on the right side of the corridor. From here, I could see the living room. I remembered it so well, just like I remembered the younger me.

"Miss?" I slowly spun around to face him. He handed me clothes and I took them, entering in the room which door I closed and locked.

I put on the t-shirt and the slim jeans quickly and looked at myself in the mirror. I smiled to the sight I was having. He even kept my clothes from these old days we passed together. I put on the large pullover and got out of the room. He waited for me and as soon as I opened the door, he gave me a bag in which was all my stuff for sure.

"Do you want to eat something before leaving?" He asked. He was way too nice with me.

"No, I'm okay." I politely refused and we both climbed down the stair to reach the first floor.

He convinced me to let him bring me back home and we soon arrived to my house. I didn't want to get out first. The smell of the car was just like I remembered it. I remember everything.

His cologne, his smile that I didn't get to see even once. His big hands that once intertwined with mine. Everything.

"Is it here?" He asked.

I faced him and nodded, getting out of the car. "Thank you for everything."

With that, I went back home. I took out my keys and unlocked the door.

Taehyung's POV

I cried as soon as I got home. I couldn't deny it. It was her. But even if years have passed by, she didn't recognize me.

I faced the mirror, exhausted by my eyes that were bloody red. I pulled away every strand of hair that was on my face. It was just like when I was in danger. The scissors were in my hands. But I won't cut them again.

I put it back in the closet and came back to bed. I thought of last night. Of this beautiful red dress she was wearing and how coincidences made things be.

She's always been this way. Mysterious and full of secrets I never got to know. Her long black hair, her pale skin... Everything was wet because of the heavy rain but I didn't care about that. When I saw her back, I already knew it was her and I hoped we could talk, but how could she remember me after all these years?

And seeing her sleeping in my bed, just like in the good old days, made me feel sick. She was just as beautiful as her sister. But she was better. I opened my bedside table's drawer and took the polaroid pictures that has been left there.

And I smiled. I wish she never had any accident, that she and her sister didn't go seperate ways. I wished I could bring her happiness and security. But she was so complicated even she didn't know what she truly wanted. To everyone, she was strong and brave. But to me, she was like a butterfly. Her wings were fragile and I wanted to keep her with me because I was afraid she'd go away and hurt herself. But it never happened.

Turned out I was unusefull. I was just something. An object that she used only once before leaving me all alone. I gave her everything and she only gave me smiles. Those rare shy smiles that I missed so much.

I wanted to see her eyes meet mine. To hear her sweet voice, kiss her plump lips, touch her soft pale skin, sing for her and she'd sing with me. I wanted our hands to lock, to hug her and make her dance and smile. Just a smile.

I looked at the back of the picture. The handwriting was just like her. Thin and graceful. She used to be curious about life. I hope she still is. Here, the picture's name was Lissome.
