There was a knock on the door that reminded me of my work. Ginagawa ko nga pala yung design sa condominium na pinapagawa ni Sam. Yun lang ginagawa ko. Ang mag-design na mag-explain kung paano gagawin at kung anong gagamiting materials. Pero, mahal ho sweldo ko. Iba talaga pag bigatin boss mo. Tapos mas maganda kung yung boss mo eh takot sayo. "Come in." said Sam. Tapos bumukas yung pinto at pumasok yung secretary nya.

"Good afternoon, Ma'am Chloe, Sir Luke." Sam's secretary, Ryan, announced.

I can't help but crack a smile. Unique din secretary ni Sam eh. Lalaki. Haha. Ayaw daw ni Sam ng babae. Nung huli kasi, muntik na syang gayumahin! HAHAHAHA! Na-trauma ang loko! xD

Sam wore his glasses (which by the way doesn't suit him. Pero sabi ng iba, bagay nya. Ay ewan. xD) and frowned to Ryan. "What's wrong?"

"Mr. Miguel is requesting for a meeting right now." Ryan told Sam.

I saw Sam sigh and glance at me. I smiled at him. "It's ok, Sam. I'm fine." I said. Alam ko kung bakit ganon reaction nya. It was because 'Miguel' used to be my last name. Funny how common 'Miguel' as a name, huh. "Wala namang multo dito sa office mo di ba?"

"It's my first time meeting him, you know. And he's from Philippines." He grinned at me. "Meron multo dito. Gianna yung pangalan. Hehehe." I rolled my eyes and shook my head. Tapos hinarap ko na ulit yung blueprint ko. "Tell him I'm on my way."

"Yes, Sir." Ryan nodded. Tapos lumabas na sya ng office.

Napailing naman ako ulit. Ryan is no fun when in office. Takot ba talaga kay Sam yun? Ano bang katakot-takot kay Sam at kailangan nyang palagi syang seryoso?

"Bakit?" tanong bigla ni Sam.

"Ang serious naman ni Ryan."

"He needs it. Handling my schedules and meetings is a serious job. Mess it up and who knows what will happen."

I raised my arms like surrender. "You're so strict, you know. Puntahan mo na yung Miguel na yun at baka maganda yung offer nun."

Sam shrugged and wore his coat again. "Call Ryan if you want anything."
