"Nah don't say nun to me. Why did you replace mom?" I rolled my eyes.
"Mane shut up. You know damn well ya momma wanted us both dead and why? For money."
My dad had a point. I'm just mad that Imma have to call anotha' hoe my mom.
"I just need a woman who ain't crazy." My father sighed, gripping the steering wheel a bit tighter.
It got quiet for a while and then I sighed. "Sorry dad, I just don't wanna be calling nobody my mom."
"You ain't gotta call her ya momma. Who told you that?"
"I thought I had to-"
"Stop talking we're here." My dad cut me off. I rolled my eyes and got out of the car, putting my earbuds in.
"Let's go."
I sighed. "Yay."
We walked up to the door and my dad knocked.
A woman came out with a smile plastered on her face.
"Hey baby." She said to my dad, kissing him on the lips.
"Ew." I said out loud. I saw them pull away and look at me.
"Talia, this is my son, Taymor." My dad said.
"Hey Taymor." She said to me.
"Hi." I said bluntly.
"Well, why don't you guys come in." She said.
She's a hoe. She seems like it.
"I gotta piss." I said. My dad smacked the back of my head.
"I meant pee, I gotta pee. Dang you ain't gotta smack me." I said rubbing my head.
"Well just go down the hall, all the way down and you'll see a bathroom."
I nodded and went upstairs. I took my ear buds out, then bumped into someone.
I looked up and saw a light skin boy with some nappy ass twists.
We stared at each other for a while.
"Nigga who is you?" He said.
"Who is you?" I asked back.
"I live here."
"Me too."
It got quiet again as we stared at each other.
"Mom!" He screamed walking downstairs.
I rolled my eyes. "Dramatic ass."
As soon as I was about to walk in the bathroom, my dad called me.
I groaned and kissed my teeth, going back downstairs.
"I forgot to tell you that Nahmir gone be ya' new stepbrother." My father said.
Me and Nahmir looked at each other again. Imma be honest he was kinda sexy.
I shrugged. "I still gotta piss." I went upstairs into the bathroom.
