She once played with trucks and cars, and always looked above- she sees the stars. 'That's for boys' they say. But she didn't mind, who is she to say?

And then again she played and made friends  with boys, And shared some stuffed toys 'til mother had warned her not to talk to them, 

And once again she wore baggy shirts and tight jeans, And they told her she isn't ladylike but she still didn't mind

And then she didn't wear makeup in a world full it, maybe that's what made her special but they told her she was a disgrace to the fake society, But now she minds what they've always said for years

So she changed herself and started wearing skirts, And then painted her face not that she likes art but because she wants to look pretty

She started being ladylike, but she does know it isn't her. Now her old self can be seen but in a blur. Now she bids goodbye to her old self.
