Today, I walked out of Orchestra with my friend/crush/whatever-the-duck-you-want-to-call-it (I'm just gonna call him 'Dude')
Dude: You wonder what (friend) is doing right now?
Me: she's probably wondering why we left her.
Dude: or maybe she's looking for us and saying, "is (my name) and (dude's name) in he back room with the basses? I guess not."
Me in life: dude, that sounds wrong
in head: not that I mind...
Dude: yeah... *thinks about it a little* *realizes what I meant* *starts glaring at me*
