"Hi, honey."

As soon as the word left my mouth, I was being dragged into the janitor room and slammed onto the wall.

"Did you realise what you've done?!"

I bit my lips from tearing up. "I just said hi."

He rubbed his face in annoyance. "What if someone heard us?! It will make us in trouble. It will make me in trouble!"

I flinched at the risen of his voice. I held his hand as a way to apologize but he swatted mine away when I was about to do it.

"I-I'm sorry. I just wanna say hi. I miss you."

He sighed. "Baby, I know. I miss you too. But this is my reputation we're talking about. If people know that I'm dating you, my friends will judge me. Worst, they'll not be friend with me anymore."

His words slashed my heart however I just bear with it cause I love him so much. I nodded my head slowly.

"C-can you at least show me that you miss me too?"

He smiled sweetly before he placed a kiss on my forehead. I smile widely at that and blushed hard.

"I'm sorry for being mad at you. But you must remember, we need to keep our relationship a secret. For my reputation okay? Can you do that for me, baby?"

I sighed while nodding. He ruffled my hair followed by a 'good girl'. He then told me that he'll catch up with me later before heading out from the closet.

As always, I've to wait about 10 minutes after Eunwoo left before I could go out from the room.

"Hey looks, the nerd came out from her hiding place again."

I heard the girls mocked me.

"She must think she's so hideous. That's why she needs to hide. Keep hiding girl! We'll support you."

Laughter could be heard behind me as I pursed my lips and walked towards my locker. Ignoring them. Then, I saw Eunwoo with another girl.
Doing what he always did. Flirting. His hand was wrapped around the girl's waist while he whispered sweet things to the girl as she giggled lightly.

I looked away, could not bear my heart when watching the scene. I huffed a gushed of air as I made my way towards my next class. Ignoring all the nasty gaze that were given by the people in the hallway.

"Oh Hyejin, you're back!" I engulfed myself into Uncle Jin's awaiting arms. Burying myself in the crock of his neck while mumbling that I'm tired.

"Yes sweetie I know. Go wash yourself and rest. I'll make dinner." He patted my head.

"Want me to help you?"

"Nahhh, you look so tired. I'll manage. Now go. You stinky buttercup."

I giggled and went upstairs, placing my bag onto the bed and went straight into the shower.

After showering, I changed my clothes amd heard the front door being unlocked.

Dad.

I thought to myself. Dad must be home. I quickly went downstairs and saw my father was resting himself on the sofa.

"Hi, dad."

I sat beside him. His closed eyes flutter opened before lazily smiling at me.

"Hi cutiepie. How's uni?"
