"TIDAL" Coden called, over the war torn battlefield. "TIDAL WHERE ARE YOU?!" He couldn't see anything, or hear at best, even at a birds eye view. "OVER HERE!" Oh thank the God's. Coden turned around, to see a horrifying sight....Tidal was injured.

"Tidal... What happened" She was barely hovering, her once blue and white feathered wings were now a sooty black and gray, and her leg... "What happened to your leg?" Tidal looked at her bloody leg. "Oh it's nothing. One of the earth's angel weapons grazed me. That's all"

He wished he  had water for her. He hated to see her like this....she looked like complete crap. Which made her look even better. He looked at the field. He didn't like how it looked either, fire angels were losing to the earths. Water were on the sidelines healing the wounded earth angels. Fire angels, dead and wounded were scattered among the field not having any assistance. Where are the damn air warriors? Coden thought. "Coden look out!" Tidal called, cutting his thoughts. "Huh?" He turned around to find an earth angel launching himself at him. shit. He quickly pulled his bow and an arrow, and not even a second later the angel was on the ground. Dead with an arrow to the chest. "Woah" Tidal whistled ."Why can't I be a fire angel?" She then whined . "I think you're fine a water angel Tidal " Coden said smiling. That's the first time He smiled in....a while. He can't remember the last time He did. The war must have taken it's toll on his time to be funny and to be serious. Before it started He always got in trouble for goofing off or not doing anything. That was a long time ago though. Coden thought.  "Still though....fire angels have all the cool abilities like mastering archery and blacksmithing.we have water healing. Talk about LAME." Tidal said "It's useful though. Thank God you knew water healing that one time I was....uh never mind." He saw Tidals face, cringing and about to cry. He knew she hated it when He talked about that. "Anyways we should get off the field....Tidal! "
