His eyes quickly darted at Max then back to his lap “Never mind”

I turned my attention away from him and back to Max “Did you sleep well?”

“Yes thanks” he replied with a small smile

“That’s great, I can see you’ve shaved you look even younger” I giggled

He smiled “Thank you” his face went a little red “Uhm I was planning on getting started on the first computer”

“Sure, sure go ahead” I smiled a little proud of myself, I turned my smile to Erick only to have it completely unacknowledged; his full attention was locked on Max.

“You said you wanted me to start on a particular one” half of his body was hidden away by the wall he shielded himself behind, his eyes quickly wandered from me to Erick and back to me again and his cute face was very heated

I smiled “That’s right, the study”

He nodded “And that’s where again?”

“Third floor but first wont you join us for breakfast?”

His eyes glanced down at the food back to Erick’s face then rested on mine. Shooting me a polite smile he refused “I don’t really eat breakfast but thank you”

I chuckled “I’m not surprised you’re so skinny” 

He chuckled back, a laugh that never reached his eyes “I’ll just be on my way now”

You knew there was a chance you would see him and you didn’t spaz

Quickly pacing up the stairs I tried to decrease my accelerating breathing and heartbeat.

I thought I wouldn’t be able to control myself

How badly I wanted to pour all of that coffee on him and shake him wildly for answers

I felt tears prick my eyes

How badly I wanted to ram those apples down his throat and watch him suffer
