The Long Road

Chapter 1

Phone alarm goes off, Nick wakes up and tries to find his phone to turn it off. He sits up and looks for it while he's half asleep. He lift up the pillows and grab his phone and looks at it. It was 7:00am Nick turn off the alarm and gets up and walks to the restroom and started to take off his clothes and turned on the hot water to the shower.

He walks in and stands under the shower head looking down at his feet and letting the hot water hit his head. "That dream it felt so real.... Will John ever do that to him self...? No...H-he wouldn't he's not like that anymore...Right?" Says Nick talking to himself in the shower. Nick qickly cleans himself and gets out of the shower and gets dress for school.

Nick grabs his stuff and walks out the door. He checks his phone and looks to see what time it is 8:01am. "Oh wow I have plenty of time to spare I can go get some food real quick." He walks down the street to the Taco Shop to go get tacos then he head to school.

Nick walks into the cafeteria and sat down at the round table by himself and started to eat his tacos. John comes up and sit right next to Nick "Hey Buddy you're here early and can I have a taco?"Nick looks at John and shakes his head."No.Fuck off I haven't had anything to eat yet" said Nick "Okay God damn and I haven't ate either so that makes two of us" said John. Nick look at John and slide him one taco.

"Hey are you going to Luna's party tonight?" Said John as he unravels the taco and starts eating it. Nick looks up and thinks about it"I don't know I don't think she wants me to go I haven't got invited yet or I don't think I will get invited..." Said Nick.

The bell rings Nick and John gets up and start walking to their first period."I will see in 3 period That's where I have class with her" said Nick."okay I'll see you later and if she doesn't give you one I'll just bring you with me because I have one already bye Buddy." Said John."Bye John" Said Nick heading different ways to there classroom.
--2 hours later--
The bell rang for third period. Nick started to head to his class he walks in and finds Luna he walks up to her "Hey Luna umm...I wondering if I can go tonight to the party..... If you don't want me to go that's okay..... I'm fine with that.." Luna looks up at Nick and blushed a little."Umm--yeah sure you can go tonight here a invitation there will be alcohol so just be prepared for anything" Said Luna."Oh thank you I'll be there tonight and I'll be ready for anything" Said Nick grabbing the invitation from Luna with a smile on his face. Nick quickly went back to his seat and got ready for his class.
--lunch bell rings--
Nick quickly grabs his stuff and headed downstairs to the cafeteria. He sat down at a round table by himself waiting for John. He put his backpack on the table and pulls out a Marvel lunch Box with a chocolate chip cookie. John comes up and sits right next to Nick"So how did it go? Did you get an invitation?"
Said John. Nick pulls out the invitation and show John.

"Yes there you go Nick." Nick smiles and starts nibbling on the cookie."I will pick you up 8:00 okay be ready" Said John. Nick shakes his head yes.
--After School--
Nick stars to walk home listening to his music. John pulls up right next to him in his red truck"Hey, Buddy do you want a ride?" Said John. Nick looks at John and shakes his head yes and Hopes in the truck and drives off. "Remember I'm picking you up at 8 o'clock tonight got it." Said John. Nick shakes his head yes again "got it" as he gave John a thumbs up. "I'm going to get some drinks and other goodies for the party tonight so call me when you are ready so I can pick you up." Said John as he drives in Nick's Driveway. Nick hops out and wave at John as he leaves "I WILL CALL YOU WHEN I'M READY!!" Yelled Nick as he walks to his house and walks in to his room and lays on his bed.
