Chapter 3

~~~[Y/n] POV~~~

Bard had his head stuck down below the floor boards as he inspected a wire that the mice had chewed to bits "Bloody hell, this wire's done for." Bard mumbled, sitting up and rubbing the back of his head. "Oh, not the rats again." Said May-Rin who was sitting next to Finny behind Bard. "This is gettin' ridiculous. I mean I heard they'd been plaguin' London lately, but I never expected them to be such a problem this far out of the city." Bard said.

'squeak-squeak' Said a mouse as it scampered in front of the trio as they all yelled out. Finny then stood up and grabbed a statue and yelled "Now I've got you, rat!" and thew the statue at the mouse as Bard and May-Rin scream "Nooo!" and try desperately to get out of the path of the air-born statue.

After a loud crash and pieces of the statue flying every which way, the smoke and debris started to clear "Looks like it got away, he he." Finny said innocently. "What are you laughin' for? Are you tryin' to kill us too, you idgit?" Bard yelled as a small "ho-ho-ho." came from Tanaka. I simply face palmed and walked away over to where Ciel was so I could see everything that happens in the show first hand.

I found Ciel with his guests in the billiard room playing a game of pool. However I did not enter the room I just peeked through the crack in the door and stalked my young 'master', as if I would every welcome the collar of servitude around my neck...Well that is unless I'm in a contract like Sebastian. "Look! There is another one!" Finny yelled running behind me snapping me out of my thoughts. "Catch it!" Bard yelled in response.

"Quite a commotion going out there, It seems you're experiencing a rat problem as well." Randall said, commenting on the yelling of the other servants. "Speaking of which, how long will you let the vermin run wild? Filthy monsters. Someone really ought to take care of them, don't you think?" Said a guy with black hair, sitting in a chair as he took a bite of his sandwich. "And someone will. He is just waiting for the opportune moment." Lau said while Ranmao sat in his lap in a short Chinese dress.

"Indeed. He prefers to settle things with one blow. Will you pass on this turn too, Lord Phantomhive?" Madam red asked. "I'll pass. It's my policy not to shoot if I know that I'll miss." Ciel stated bluntly. "That's all very well, but when will you handle the problem?" Randall asked to which Ciel replied "Any time you like. The rats will come soon come looking for their forbidden cheese, and I hold the key to the storehouse." gaining no response from Randall.

"Even so, locating the nest and eliminating the vermin promises to be a tedious task. You should concentrate on preparing me a suitable reward." Said Ciel. "What a vulture!" Randall said causing Ciel to narrow his eyes "Sir. Randall, I'd be careful how you smear my family name." Ciel said.

"Ha, you're in trouble now, Randall. What next, Lord Phantomhive?" Said Vanel. "It's time to put an end to this worthless game, don't you think?" Ciel said standing up and walking over to Randall and stopping near him before saying "How soon can you secure the payment?" Ciel asked the man. "Tonight, I'll have it by then." Was all Randall said. "Then I'll send a carriage for you later. We can even prepare some light entertainment for you, does that sound good?" Ciel said walking over to the pool table and sitting on the edge before aiming. The guy I nicknamed Sandwich spoke up "You passed your turn twice and now you're after them all in one go?" "Naturally." Ciel was all Ciel said, shooting, nailing it and clearing the table of all but the white ball. "Am I undone?" Ciel and I said at the same time.

Once I got bored I decided to go on the hunt for Sebastian where ever the heck that demon when off to this time. After a few minutes of aimless wandering I found him walking down a hallway with tea, I decided to follow him to the drawing room so I could help him serve tea to the guests and meet Madam Red and Lou instead of stalking them from the shadows. "Hey Sebs." I said walking next to him as he pushed the cart along. "Hello, Miss. [Y/n]." Sebastian said as he then opened the door and pushed the cart into the room before preparing the tea " Your tea. We have a special Darjeeling blend to offer from Fortnum & Mason today." He said as he poured the tea into a cup.
