The bet

I had nothing to do after I walked out of the class room and there was no way in hell I was going to the principles so I just walked around the school. I saw things I didn't want to see.

I walked down to see a couple practically dry humping each other

" Come on guys it the first day!" I yelled put my hands up. They looked over and looked like a they were deer in head lights. I chuckled to myself as I look at them running away.

After about an hour first period is done and it was time for math. Yay. Note sarcasm. I was on the other side of school so I knew I wasn't going to make it in time. I heard talking from behind the door. I didn't even bother knocking and just walked in.

Once I stepped in all eyes on me. Seriously it's not like I killed someone no need to stare at me. I took a quick look over the class room. Scott and Sam were sitting in the middle and Ryder and Zach were sitting in the back. Guess Dylan didn't have this class.

"Glad you could make it riley." Mrs harries said.

"Good to be here."

" I heard what happen earlier hope it doesn't happen in here." She said.

" Don't piss me off and we will see where we get." I said walking to the open spot next Ryder considering it was the only one open. Scott looked back at me with a smirk. I knew he did this on propose. He knew that I didn't want to sit by them but oh well not going to give him the satisfaction of my pain.

I smirked back at him. He laughed and turned back around. She started the class. She started to talk about what we were going to do this year. I couldn't think because I could feel Ryder's stare.

"You know if you wanted to look at me you could just ask." I said with a smirk looking up. I may be in girl clothes and be risking a bet but I will still have my attitude.

"Why are you sitting here?" he asked

" Because there is no other place to sit?"

"Well next time be on time." I rolled my eyes at him and kept trying to listen. The bell rang and I gathered up my things. I was about to walk out when I heard me name being called.

" Riley!" I turned around to see Ryder walking to me.

" Yes " I asked

" Your friends with Scott right?"

" Yeah why?"

"Just wondering. See you around." with that he walked out of the room and headed on his way. That was weird I thought.

The day passed and next thing I know it was lunch. I walked the way to the lunch room but I saw the principle with someone.

"And this is where you will be eating lunch. " She said

" Hey mrs. Douglas! who's this?" I asked.

" Ah here is one of our students right now. Riley this is Sofia. Sofia this is riley our soccer captain sense she was a freshman."

"Hey" I said

"Hey" she responded.

" Riley can you show her around please. Her locker is right next to yours and here is her schedule." I said thanks and told her to follow me.

" So where did you move from?"

"Canada"

"Nice. always wanted to go and see a hockey game there." we talked about more things till we got to the lunchroom.

" Just stick with me kid and you'll make it out alive." we walked in and all eyes were on us. I held my head up high and kept walking to my table.

"Hey guys" I said to my two friends

"Hey" they answered.

" Sofia this is Scott and Sam my best friends.guys this is Sofia the new girl." they said hey to her and she said hey back. We say down and started talking. Turns out that we had the same schedule. The bell rang signaling that lunch was done.

School was done in no time and i couldn't wait to be home. I need to practice for the lacrosse try outs for tomorrow. I said bye to everybody and walked to my car. When I was getting in my car I could feel someone's eyes on me. I looked back and saw Ryder and Zach looking at me. When they saw that I was looking at them they looked away.

Today has been weird.....
