C h a p t e r 7

Gianna POV

I woke up the next morning and not gonna lie I felt like shit. When I got home I balled my eyes out to Gabi while we ate ice cream on the couch then I went to my room and cried into my pillow for like 2 hours. Now my eyes were all puffy and I had to be at the store in 30 mins.

Gabi had went ahead of time to take inventory. I was supposed to do that but now I have to conduct interviews for new employees. Me and Gabi can't do all of this by ourselves.

I pulled myself out of bed and checked the time. It was 9:00 am

"Ughhh" I groaned I did not feel like doing anything today

I took a quick shower and threw my hair in a bun because it was wet. I did my morning routine in record time getting ready in 15 minutes not even bothering to put on makeup

I had just got in my car when my phone started to ring.

It was Brandon, he wanted to FaceTime .
I decided fuck it why not and answered the call

"Hey G" he said. His voice sounded like he just woke up

"Hey" I said "whatcha doing" I asked

"Shidd nothing a nigga just woke up. I was just checking to see if you was straight"

"Yea I'm good I let it all out last night"

He laughed "I can see ya eyes look puffy all puffy and shit"

I covered my face "stopppp" I whined

"If you need anything I'm right here okay so dont cry no more"

"Okayyyyyy"

"Im serious...but imma let you get back to ya thang ttylxox" he said making a kissy noise

"Lmao bye Brandon" I said laughing and hanging up the phone

Brandon's call put me in a better mood.. honesty Brandon puts me in mood in general

It was now 11:00am and I've went through about 6 interviews. Out of all the people I've interviewed there's only 2 that I would hire.

For the Afternoon me and Gabi decided to close the boutique and go have lunch, we ate at this Burger Joint called Big Daddy's

"Oh my god this burger is so fucking good bro" Gabi said while eating the bacon burger she ordered

"Bitchhh I know right this shit  hit the spot" I said taking my last bite

One thing about me and Gabi is we always eating good no mater what

"I have a food baby" I said rubbing my stomach

"So" Gabi said putting her napkin on the table "how are you and ya mans"

"My mans???"

"Brandon"

"He's not my man tho we're friends" I said still rubbing my stomach "how's your life"
