Chapter 6

★ Bethany’s POV ★

As me and Ella pulled up outside the airport where we would catch a flight to Germany we were both nervous. We walked inside and didn’t see any of the crew I looked around again and still didn’t see them so I decided to text ben;

“Where are you?? Me and Ella look like right loners!”

“Sorry, I couldn’t find my Jordans, oops”

“Omg are you serious?!? You and your Jordans”

“Look I told you I was sorry, me Ryan Jackie and Tricia have just pulled up J”

“Ok, me and Ella are just inside the entrance”

Ella then pointed 4 people walking through the big airport entrance; I realized we hadn’t really met Tricia and Jackie yet.

“Hi” Ella said walking towards them, I followed behind her, she went and hugged Ryan then Jackie I went to Tricia and Ben.

“Where are the rest of the crew??” I asked ben,

“They should be here soon I’ll introduce you to everyone when they get here,” he said, I suddenly got really nervous for meeting all the crew wondering what they would all think of me, ben must have spotted the anxious look on my face,

“Don’t worry Bethany, I’m sure they will love you babe.” He said puting his arm around me, I looked up at him and then a thought came to my head,

“What does Tricia think about … well … me and all the other girl fans?”

“Umm, she used to be fine with it but since the last concert where we met you and Ella she’s been a lot more uptight about it” he said rubbing the back of his neck,

“That’s not because of me is it?” I said worried

“I don’t know to be honest, it could be for all I know but I don’t think she feels the same that I feel about her, I wouldn’t be surprised if she wanted to end it with me soon…” he trailed off looking at the ground, the crew all walked through the door then – perfect timing for me and ben I don’t think either of us wanted to carry that convocation too much.

“AYE EVERYONE COME MEET ELLA AND BETHANY” Ryan shouted signaling for everyone to come over,

“This is Owuor, Andrew, Ray, Zach, Zoe, Jason, Mitchell, Jenny…” ben went through the names of everyone and then Ella and me introduced ourselves to everyone and finally it was time to get on the plane, we take off at 16:00

“You can sit next to me if you want?” Ben said to me,

“What about Tricia?” I asked looking concerned,

“She usually sits with Mary and Anna.” He said smiling,

“I’ll just check that Ella has someone to sit with and if she does then we will be fine but if not cam she sit with us” I said,

“Yeah of course” ben said chuckling,

‘AYE ELLA, you got homies to sit with or nah?” I shouted to her,

“I’ll sit with Ryan and Jackie if that’s ok” she said smiling back at me

“Looks like It’s just me and you,” I said turning back to Ben,

“BEN! BETHANY!” Jason shouted at us,

“YEAH.” Ben yelled back,

“CAN I SIT ON THE WINDOW SEAT NEAR YOU TWO I JUST WANT TO SLEEP ON THE WAY TO GERMANY.” Jason explained, ben looked down at me,

“Fine with me” I said smiling back at him and Jason.

Me and ben walked onto the plane and sat down I asked him how long the flight would take and it turned out it would only be about 2 hours, while we were waiting I took out my phone and opened up instagram, I snapped a picture of me, Ben and the already sleepinf Jason, posted it captioning it ;

“hyped for Germany can’t wait to shoot for this man the one and the only @macklemore and @ryanlewis. Hopefully this sleepy dude @jkoephoto will give me some good tips! touring with the crew and my best-friend @ellasmurph is gonna be hella dope J”

I scrolled through my instafeed and saw that Ella had posted a pic of Ryan, Jackie and her all squished up so they could fit in the pic, It was captioned ;

“gonna be awesome on the M&RL world & US tour, hanging with my homies right now - @ryanlewis and @badillacjack – gonna be helping @baba_g and @badillacjack selling the merch at the concerts. Hyped for this tour!! Cant wait to hang out with @macklemore and my bestfriend @bethanyyy_” [a/n made up bethany’s instagram name because YOLO]

“Looks like Ella has found something to do on the tour then,” I said looking up at Ben putting my phone on airplane mode because we were about to take off,

“What’s that then?” he said looking puzzled

“Helping Tricia and Jackie sell the merch at the concerts” I said smiling

“That’s good, better than her hanging around with nothing to do” ben said as the pilot started going through the safety instructions. God I hate flying …
