Bethany's POV

And now here I am siting on my sofa in shock.

I can't believe what just happened to me.

I must be the luckiest person alive.

*flashback 2 weeks ago*

"Are you serious?" I asked Ella, giving her the puppy dog eyes.

"Yes B, I'm so sorry I want to go just as much as you" she replied,

"It just would have been amazing - the first time we were going met and everything" I said with a disappointed look on my face, I could tell Ella was sorry she shouldn't have come to the concert with me we had been planning it for months. The thing with me and Ella is we are best friends and have been for over 3 years now I remember the day we first met, but we have never met - we met on whatsapp and have talked everyday since then. This Macklemore & Ryan Lewis concert was going to be a big thing for us because it was going to be the first time we had met.

"Why can't you go though?" I questioned Ella,

"My mum," she said,

"What did she say?" I asked Ella

We were talking over skype so I couldn't give her a hug or anything that bestfriends would do to comfort each other.

"Because I'm not doing well enough in my school work." She said tears brimming in her eyes, her mum had always expected a lot from her.

"Shall I hold onto the tickets or go on Craigslist??" I said to her waiting for a reply,

"Craigslist it is!" She replied cheerily,

"I'll do that now text you later Ella."

"Bye B."

And I hung up

I then slumped down at my desk opened up my laptop and logged onto craigslist

"2 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis tickets for sale,

£50-65 pounds each + postage,

Contact me - Bethany at 07*********"

I sat back down on my bed and fell asleep.

*flash-forward one week // 1 week before opening para"

I woke up to a text from Ella;

"Sup B, #morning 😂 just wondering about the replies to the

Craigslist post?? Love ya swag 😏🇬🇧💙"

I immediately typed a reply;

"Hiya, only some people paying minimum prices 😒

hoping for some more replies before Monday❤️"

*present Day*

And now here I am siting on my sofa in shock.

The convosation went something a little like this;

"Hello, I am looking to talk to Bethany about the Craigslist tickets for the mackelmore show"

"Bethany? That would be me."

"How much do you want for the tickets?"

"£50-65??"

"Negotiable.."

"Ok then .."

"So Bethany why aren't you going to the macklemore show anymore??"

"I'm going, I'm selling my friends and her mums tickets, she couldn't come in the end"

"Oh what. Shame, why may I ask can't she come?"

"Ummm ... Her mum said she's not getting good enough grades..."

The convosation then went in for about 3-4 minutes ...

"Well I bet your friend Ella really missed out... Because this is Macklemore."

"OH. MY. HAGGERTY. ARE YOU SERIOUS??"

"Yes. Very" I could tell he was smiling at himself,
