November Story

•Author's Note: This is my first story so constructive criticism please :).

Piko has a fake English accent. No questions asked. Piko and Flower live in the same house since they were BFF's. They don't sleep in the same room. Also, there is a dirty joke, but it's not graphic enough to be rated for mature audiences. This is NOT a lemon.

-After School-

It was a breezy day in November, and Piko was just taking a stroll around VOCALOID Academy, until he saw the girl whom he secretly had a crush on up ahead. V Flower. She was the cutest girl in the world, and he would do anything for her smile. Once he caught up with Flower, he greeted her.

"Hey, Flower!" said Piko with his rather unusual, fake English accent.

"Oh hi, Piko!" said Flower with a cheerful tone.

Playfully, Piko booped Flower's nose, causing her to jump a bit in surprise. He giggled in a cute, funny way.

Flower blushed and giggled.

"Aw, stop it!"

Oliver came rushing up to the two.

"Hey, guys!"

"Hey, Oliver! What's up?" said both Piko and Flower in unison. They chuckled.

"Nothing much," said Oliver. "I'm just a bit bored, that's all." He sighed.

Piko suggested, "Hmmm... Why don't we go somewhere then?"

Flower replied, "Oliver, you can hang out with us! And how about the park? It's a good way to let off some steam!"

Today's the day I tell Piko... I can do it! But Oliver's with us... thought Flower.

"That'd be nice," said Oliver, nodding in agreement.

"Off to the park, then!" said Piko.

-Later at the park-

Piko's hair swayed slightly in the early evening breeze.

Calmly, he said, "It feels nice out here."

Flower and Oliver agreed.

"Oh dear, it's getting late. I'm going to go now. Hanging out with you guys was fun. See you tomorrow!" Oliver said as he waved goodbye and left.

"Bye, Oliver! See ya tomorrow!" said Piko as he waved back.

Flower waved back. "See you soon!"

There was an awkward silence between the two once Oliver had left.

"..." Piko was silent. Then he asked Flower, "Well... what now?"

Flower was lost in her own thoughts. Her facial expressions gave Piko the feeling she was worried, or nervous. But for what?

I'm all alone with Piko now... is now the right time to pop the question? Flower thought. Then she realized Piko had spoke.

"Um, what did you say? I couldn't hear you..." said Flower, worrying that he had said something important.

"Oh. It was nothing," Piko said as he turned away from Flower.

Flower freaked out.

I've messed up really bad already! I wanted to tell him I liked him more than a friend, but I'm pretty sure that chance is gone now... thought Flower, who was fidgeting with her hands.
