"Pizza..or Chinese?" I can see the developing smile over her face.
"Well if memory serves me correctly," she chuckles. "we had pizza.."
"So pizza again?" I ask her.
"Chinese," she tells me with a giggle.
Wait, omg...didn't in the Why music video, they have chinese food..? Woah, woah--why--no Sari, wouldn't do that on purpose. Well at least I don't think so...
*Sara's POV*
Tonight's been the best--song writing's harder than I thought.
--A few minutes later--
"Chinese food is here, Sari!" Alex walks back into the control room with a box.
"Ooh yay!" I cheer.
Alex starts opening the box, getting out the noodles and chopsticks.
Wait I got it!
I grab my paper, sitting on the floor next to Alex.
"You got inspiration at a great time, Sariwa," Alex sarcastically says.
"Well I'm sorry, inspiration comes in different packages," I tell him. He smiles.
I write down:
Usually magicians call off the tricks off
For a while
But I guess for you, it's different
When will your spell wear off?
I'm curious by the minute
I can feel Alex playfully rolling his eyes," Here, Sari Bear."
He holds the chopsticks tangled with noodles out to my mouth.
I swallow the noodles. "Pretty good."
"Now can I see your lyrics?" Alex asks.
"I just finished the second verse," I tell him, handing him the sheet.
"And it's amazing," Alex says, observing my lyrics. "So do you have any ideas for the bridge..?"
"Ok, um--so," I take a breath. "Don't know how long it's gonna last. Please say forever, don't make it stop," I murmur.
"..Never wanna see the same again. Wanna see how long it's gonna last," Alex finishes.
"That's really good," I smile.
"Well you started it so," Alex smiles at me.
"And now comes the hardest part--the music composing," I roll my eyes.
