why did they send hearts to eachother?

i'm dating y/n,

not jaeden.

i have to talk to her.

i get up from my position in bed and i walk over to y/n's room.

i knock on her door three times before she answers.

i take in her appearance.

she is wearing leggings that really defines her a-

"hey, so, do you still like jaeden?"

y/n looks at me with wide eyes before she starts laughing.

i furrow my eyebrows.

"what's so funny?"

she pulls me into an embrace and she mumbles into me,

"you're so cute when you're jealous. but no. i don't like jaeden."

i sigh in relief, but i'm still not too sure.

i mean, she liked him once.

she could like him again.

i hug her back and we just stay there for a few moments before noah interrupts us by saying,

"oi. getta room you two."

we laughed and pulled away from our embrace.

y/n kissed my cheek before adding,

"finn, no need to be jealous, i like you and only you."

i nodded.

yeah, like.

i love you.

but you like me.
