This is my story and I say it loud, rather it’s heard or not. My name is Rebecca; the girl everyone picked on. They would only call me other names, names that were hurtful to me. I would tell them to stop, but it only made things worse. They would tell me to ‘shut up you little bitch’ and beat me. But what else could I have done? Especially when I had to come home to an abusive family, who didn’t give a rats ass if I was dead or alive. To be honest, I couldn’t do anything but go to my room and cry myself to sleep. Lot of times, I wouldn’t even eat. But this is who I really am, and you’ll find out soon enough.
Another thing you should know is, I’m not as normal as you would think. You see, I was hexed with two different kinds of cursed spells; that you wouldn’t dare dream to have. A nightmare that controls my life, but on how it works. It isn’t just like any normal hex you tend to see or hear in fairy tales. Where everything is perfect and how there is a cure for everything in that magical world or kingdom.
From this view, there is no going back to who I first was. I was cursed with the disability of falling in love, and being somewhere in between days. Of what I meant by that; I'm unable to feel love or have any interest in anyone. No matter how many times they try to get me 'head over heels' for them, ends with an icy statement. So everyone stopped talking to me after awhile, because of how ‘cold hearted’ I am, and how I became a mute many years ago. After all these years, I still have people picking on me for their own amusement, and self-pity.
What I meant about being ‘somewhere in between days,’ is that I go by half days like a new dimension was created. Which makes me a day behind everyone, and no one really knows about that. For an example; everyone’s days would go normally, and mine would go: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, etc. It’s very complicated, I know; but it’s a good thing that you don’t deal with the difficulties I do.
