A content sigh escaped Jimin's lips as the two males walked down the street in a comfortable silence, both still too full from dinner to even consider talking. The night was dark and cool, causing the younger to snuggle his face further into the cozy red scarf that was slung around his neck, keeping him warm.
Just like Yoongi.
His gaze fell onto their interwined hands and he couldn't help but smile at the way Yoongi's large hands engulfed his smaller ones.
He took a moment to study the other's face. There was a lot to say about it. But in that exact moment Jimin could only think about how much he loved it, About how much he loved Yoongi.
The way they met was stupid, embarrassing even. Texting your own roommate for three months; bruh.
Jimin could vividly remember the way he sped trough the park, away from the older as he'd called him by his username. He had actually tripped and fell face forward into a bush, dangerously close to some dog poo.
As his thoughts wandered trough all the memories with Yoongi, he came to the stunning conclusion that
Yoongi indeed, was his personal band aid.
Just like the first time he was little around the older, when he fell onto his elbow and Yoongi put a band aid on him, he fixed him.
Jimin was hurt and scarred, though it wasn't noticable on the outside. He had felt a lot of pain.
But without him even noticing, Yoongi had fixed all his wounds. He'd stopped the pain and held Jimin together.
Jimin grasped Yoongi's hand tighter at the realisation and the older turned around, gazing into his eyes with a loving smile.
The hold around Jimin's small hand tightened as they walked along the darkness, shooting a warm feeling of comfort up his arm and right into his chest.
Yes.
Yoongi was indeed, Jimin's very own band aid.
