♔How long have you been making covers?:
-I have been making covers for about a year now.
♔What programs do you use:
-I use pixlr.com. I would use a photoshop, but I don't have any money and it's quite difficult to convince my parents.
♔Where do you find images:
-deviantart.com, weheartit.com, favim.com, google images, any where else I deem necessary.
♔Why do you make covers:
-I like to make other people happy when you find a graphic that you love. It's one of those things that you just do because you like to do it. I always seem to find myself drawn back to covers.
♔How/why did you start making covers:
-I could never find the right cover for my novels. I'm in a graphic design class at school, and what most of the cover-makers were putting out wasn't good enough for me. So I thought I'd give it a try.
♔What's the most irritating thing as a cover maker:
-When you find the right picture, but you have NO idea where to put the title, author, etc, and when you don't know what fonts to use.
♔What's the best thing as a cover maker:
-Getting to practice my graphic design skills for school!
♔Happiest moment as a cover maker:
-When the customer falls in love with the cover and never changes it from their story!
♔Tips to share/message to other makers:
-Make sure you have the PERFECT picture. I once spend two hours looking for the perfect picture for one of my covers (it's actually the big one shown below), and eventually I found it!
♔Message to requesters:
-BE PATIENT. It takes time to make covers, banners, ad's, etc.
