Trish POV

Class is so boring, blah blah this blah blah that, the normal... But today it will be different, Well that's if Lloyd's dad attacks the city again. RING!!! Yes! The bell, lunchtime.

I walk into the lunchroom just to be greeted by jonathan and his crew,

"Hello Trish," they say slowly moving forward, "why aren't you out there with garmadork?" I glare at them annoyed,

"Lemme just get my food," I replied and try to shove past, but it's no use. Before I know it I'm shoved back outside with a door slammed in my face and the words, 'you'll never fit in' thrown out with me, and I now know, that's true.

"Owwww," I hear someone say from behind me, I look back to see Lloyd laying on the floor, head on a locker,

"OMG! did I hit you!?!?" I ask loudly even though I know the answer,

"I don't know... something just hit me while I was walking and BOOM I'm here," he stands up, "oh... hey Trish,"

"Hi... sorry about that,"

"I've had worse,"

"No kidding," I joke, I mean of course he's had worse... right?

"I never go to the lunchroom anymore," he says, "to many stares too much talk behind my back ya know?" I don't really, but I nod anyway.

"Let's go in," I say with a adventurous grin,

"Uhhh I don't think that's a good idea,"

"Why..."

"I just... I don't know... my mom always packs me lunch... I never go in..."

"Well today... you should try it," I grab his hand,

"Trish,"

"what,"

"I'm not going in there..."

"come on please?"

"I can't... my friends are waiting outside..."

"oh... ok..." I look down, I know he has those few friends that he started hanging out with a while ago,

"why don't you come with me..." he looks up hopefully,

"Ok!" I always have wanted to meet them anyway.

Me and Lloyd walk outside into the fresh cold winter air. The sky has no clouds what so ever,

"Hey guys!" Lloyd yells to his friends

"Hey man!" the one with tall hair and a red hoodie yells to Lloyd, "give me a hug! Give me a birthday hug!!" he give Lloyd a firm hard hug,

"Good one kai," Lloyd says happily and out of breath. Then a robotic voice fills the silence,

"Birthday hug?" A teenager in a blue sweater comes out from behind a tree, "let me get in on that," Lloyd's face looks slightly panicked, "I'll increase the pressure dramatically," then the robotic kid pulls Kai and Lloyd into a VERY tight hug, Lloyd freaks out,

"Zane... Zane!. ZANE!! Huuugh!" wow Zane can lift both of them!?... suddenly a motorcycle skids in from the right,

"Hey guys check out my new paint job... the lady iron dragon... my HERO!!"

"Nice sis!" Kai says as him and Lloyd get out of Zane's tight embrace, "where's Cole and Jay?"

The girl looks at Kai "Cole probably forgot lunch and is sneaking into the lunchroom to get cake, and there's a high chance Jay got lost," I laugh at that.

"Ummmm Lloyd who's this?" The girl says

"Oh," he says quickly "Nya this is Trish... we kinda helped each other a lot today,"

"Ya think," I replied laughing more. Lloyds about to say something when a boy with messy brown hair and a orange scarf  comes out of the building with a look of slight panic,

Nya laughs and walks up to him,

"Lost again?" she asks the boy putting a hand on his shoulder,

"Yeah but cole found me," he points to a boy with long black hair and headphones leaning on the school building, "COLE!!!"
The seemingly older boy jumps up and takes off his headphones,

"OK I'M HERE!!! who's this?" he points to me,

"Oh," Lloyd smiles, "everyone this is Trish, we ran into each other when Jonathan came round..."

"well," Cole starts to put his headphones back on, "welcome to the dork squad,"

"well that's what we're known as here," Jay points out. I laugh and for the first time I feel that I may just fit in somewhere.
