Gu Qing Pei used his finger to point on the table, "So, does everyone know what we should be doing now?" He swept his eyes over the entire staffs, but only a few dared to look straight back at him while most of them casted their sights towards other side.

Gu Qing Pei smiled in satisfaction, "The first step we should do is establish the company rules and regulations. In the future, we still need to have our own corporate culture, we also need an integrated organizational structure. So right now, the first task that I assign to all of you is, within three days, you must develop a complete management system to supervise the employees' work attendance. I do not want to see the majority of staffs clocking in around past eight thirty to nine o'clock when I randomly pick out a card from the punching card system. I believe the working hour of our company starts at eight thirty. Therefore, whoever comes late must be fined and any behavior violating the company's regulations must be punished as well. We can no longer maneuver with such lazy and careless attitude to approach work, to handle the company and your own individual future. In the future, a weekly regular meeting will be punctually held every Monday morning and the person in charge of each department will report their work progress. I request everyone from this moment, please abandon your laidback attitude and get through yourself from in and out. Face the upcoming challenge with your brand-new self!"

After the meeting, everyone quickly rushed to get out of the room. Until the end, only two people remained, Gu Qing Pei and Yuan Yang.

Gu Qing Pei drank a sip of tea and looked at Yuan Yang, "Although what you see right now is only  twenty management staffs sitting inside the meeting room who don't carry the slightest mighty aura to run the company, but the future development of this company is definitely unlimited. Don't you feel that cultivating this kind of company and watching it grow healthily will give a sense of accomplishment? Since you are here, you might as well stay and make the best out of it. If you change your way of thinking to a composed mindset and stay here peacefully, you won't feel uncomfortable. Chairman Yuan also won't be as anxious. This will benefit everyone, don't you agree?"

Unexpectedly, Yuan Yang, who rarely didn't show a disdainful expression, spoke calmly, "I totally have no interest towards all these stuffs. I was forced to leave the army because of my late grandmother's wish. But even if I have left the army, I still have other things that I can do. Doing business like my dad is the most thing I don't want to do. So, you don't need to persuade me anymore. As long you are not meddlesome, we can live in peace with each other."

Gu Qing Pei shook his head in disappointment, "Kid, you are indeed very stubborn."

Yuan Yang looked at his watch, "Your speech is very touching, but unfortunately these people are not that easy to handle. You can continue minding your business, I'm going back first."

"Where do you want to go?" Gu Qing Pei stood up in suit.

"Going back home to sleep." Yuan Yang didn't even turn his head around and just continued to walk to the exit door.

Gu Qing Pei immediately walked upfront, "No, you cannot leave without any reason. If I don't comply with any of the company rules, then everyone is allowed not to follow it. However, as long as I obey the rules, then everyone must also follow it. You don't have any proper reason to leave your post, so you are not allowed to go."

Yuan Yang turned his head around. He looked at Gu Qing Pei with narrowed eyes, "What had I just said? Don't be such a busybody."

Gu Qing Pei raised his chin slightly, "Yuan Yang, if you don't understand how to handle the company, I can teach you. To be able to handle the core of the company, you need to know how to handle the people first. You are also one of the member of this company. Therefore, you must actively follow the rules under the company's framework, or else you can only go away."
