Yuan Yang didn't mind sitting anywhere as long he was far away from Gu Qing Pei, the further the better. So he picked an especially distant place and sat down. But due to Yuan Yang's tall height, once Gu Qing Pei sat down and momentarily glimpsed at everyone, Yuan Yang was still the most eye-catching person amongst the seated staffs.

Gu Qing Pei swept his gaze around the room once before he revealed an easygoing smile, "Hello everyone, I will start by doing a self-introduction. My surname is Gu, Gu Qing Pei. The Qing is from 'fresh yield' and the Pei is combination of "Fei-Yi". From today onwards, I will be the same as everyone, one of the staff of Zhuo Company Group. I invite everyone to work hard together so we can do our best to reinstate Zhuo Company Group back to the stock market. I will also dedicate my greatest contribution."

Everyone started to applaud loudly once more, whereas the eyes of the female employees had begun to shine with awe as they gazed at Gu Qing Pei.

Gu Qing Pei cleared his throat and began his entrance speech, "Today is my first day entering Zhuo Company and everyone's enthusiasm has touched my heart. I am very delighted. Although I am still unable to call out the majority of the people's name here, but I believe, under everyone's joint effort and hard work, Zhuo Company will definitely become a united and strong group of business with solid, high-spirited team. This company will eventually develop into an excellent representative of China's outstanding enterprise. In order to fulfill this mission, Chairman Yuan has brought me into this company in order to drastically rectify not only the cracks and loopholes of the management in this company, but also the lack of the qualified employees, the messy debts. Right now, there is a long series of obstacles stopping in front of us, blocking us from becoming a listed company. However in my opinion, all these obstacles are just like paper tigers which all of you don't dare to break through because you are afraid of their fake, ferocious appearance. But in fact, as long you all muster up the courage to clear all these obstacles, you will find out that its fangs and its claws are so vulnerable that it will not even be able to withstand a single blow when it appears in front a business group brimming with wisdom and intelligence. Around two to three years ago, Chairman Yuan had already send me an invitation and I have used all these time to conduct a deep research and investigation to understand Chairman Yuan and  the prospect of Chairman Yuan's company. I believe that this company is filled with bright prospect and unlimited potential. This company will have an explosive development in the future. Hence, I have given up my position that I had strived hard for ten years, abandoned my work at a stable and steady state-owned enterprise, and come here instead to join everyone and start a new business. One thing that I want to tell everyone is, there is nothing, my honorable colleagues, there is nothing that can block Zhuo Company from moving forward. As long we all are in one mind, we will surely stand united.

There was again, a round of loud applause reverberating inside the conference room. Meanwhile, Gu Qing Pei still wore his good-looking smile as he quietly observed the reaction from each of the personnel.

Before I came here, Chairman Yuan had introduced me to several senior employees of this company, thus I have ample understanding regarding the company's current situation. I, together with all of the people seated here, will become pioneers of the law and government as well as the standardization structure for Zhuo Company Group. This is an extremely crucial point for us to be able to go back as a listed company. If any of you have has ever practiced speculation on stocks, then you should clearly know the standard of management system that a listed company must have. Just the documents of company rules and regulations demanded by the SFC (Securities and Future Commision) alone has almost reached the height of an ordinary person. I believe that everyone is familiar with the previous company I used to work for. It has already carved up three to a quarter of the oil and natural gas market in China. At that time, when we were solely doing a simple supervising of the management rules and regulations of employees' work attendance, the documents were already piled up to around thirty to forty pages. If it further involves the manufacturing business or the system of financial affair authorization, then it would bundle up to several hundreds pages. This is how the standard operation of a normal listed company should be. Our Zhuo Company Group should reach the top of the world one day. When that time comes, I truly believe that all of you sitting right here will have another level of success in your individual future lives."
