Juliet's POV

It was a busy day at the office, I'm doing some paperworks Vincent left me with.

I am his secretary. I've been working in his company for five years since I graduated.

My phone alarmed.
11:00 am meeting with Mr. Guevara

It's already 10:30 and my boss hasn't appeared in the office yet. Nasaan na kaya yung lalaking yun.

I dialed his number.

"Hello" after few rings, he answered it.

"Where are you, Mr. Mercado? We have a meeting with Mr. Guevara today at 11 am. Nakalimutan mo na ba?"

"Oh shit!" he exclaimed. "I'm so sorry. Nakalimutan ko nga. Don't worry I'll be there in 15 minutes."

"You little--"

"Sino yan, babe?" narinig kong boses ng isang babae sa kabilang linya.

"Secretary ko, babe. Sorry, I have to go. I have an important meeting today, I'll call you." Vincent answered.

"You better hurry." nasabi ko at pinatay ko na ang phone.

This guy, walang pagseseryoso sa buhay nya. Although he's successful in his career now in his young age, napakababaero naman. Babae rito, babae dun. He goes to work only 2-3 days a week. He makes me do all the job. I could actually be the CEO if I want to.

I'm working on a animation company.
Pretty cool job coz you get to see how animations are done but I'm not in the design department.

Fifteen minutes have passed and he's still not showed yet.

I've got a little annoyed by the fact that he forgot a very important meeting just to date somebody.

Grabe sya!

Five more minutes of waiting, I decided to ring him up.

He's not picking my call.

I kept on redialing until he finally answered.

"Where the fck are you, Vince?" inis na tanong ko.

He chuckled. "Easy, easy. I'm at the parking lot now. Please go down. Ikaw nalang hinihintay."

Which made me more annoyed. This guy really.

I picked my clutch bag and stood up from my seat, then walked out the door.

Bumaba ako sa parking lot and there goes Vincent and Jerome waiting for me.

Jerome is his driver / bodyguard / partner in crime. As always.

I rolled my eyes upon seeing them.

"Ya! It's a beautiful day, why you looked so gloomy?" tanong ni Vince with a grin on his lips.

"Ewan ko sa'yo. Alam mo nang may meeting ngayon kung san san ka pa naglalamyerda!" inis na sabi ko.

"Galit na galit? Sorry na. Weeksary kasi namin ngayon ni Ella, niyaya ko lang lumabas." namulsa sya at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto.

Padabog akong sumakay ng kotse.

"Para kang bata. Inuuna mo pa yang pakikipagdate kesa sa trabaho. Teenager ka ba?" I continued scolding him inside the car.

"Jerome, look at this girl. San ka nakakita ng sekretarya na pinapagalitan ang boss nya?" kalabit ni Vince kay Jerome.

Tatawa tawa lang si Jerome.

Inirapan ko silang dalawa.

"Wag ka nang magalit. O sige ganito nalang, pag nakuha natin yung deal with Mr. Guevara, iti-treat kita dun sa paborito mong Japan resto." he widened his grin.

"Fine" sagot ko.

"Pero seryoso, maghanap ka na ng boyfriend. Para malaman mo paano yung feeling na may jowa." natatawang sabi pa nya.

"Manahimik ka na nga" naiinis na sabi ko.

This guy totally has no idea. I have liked him for many years. He's just so busy chasing other girls while I've been here all this time.

I even gave up modelling career to stay with him. He's so blind. Seriously.

"Pero syempre bago ka magboyfriend, dapat ipapakilala muna sa amin ni Jerome para makilatis namin." dagdag ni Vince.

"Ako nalang. Boyfriend material naman ako" singit ni Jerome.

"Ay, wag ganun bro. Walang talo talo. Kaibigan natin itong si Juliet eh" sagot ni Vince.

"Eh baka lang naman ako pala ang tipong lalaki ni Juliet. Di naman ako tatanggi sa kanya." tumawa si Jerome.

"Kayong dalawa tigil tigilan nyo nga ako." saway ko sa kanila.

Tatawa tawa silang dalawa habang inaasar ako.
