I fall to my knees tears slowly roll down my cheek

I wipe some of my tears away with my shoulder shoving me hand in my pockets siting there

*1 hour later*

I just sat I couldn't get up my body refused it seemed like mear minutes since the best girl left not able to trust me...I shouldn't have gave back her book but I've seen her looking for it I and I didn't want her to say yes and then me still have it...I screwed up bad I need to figure out how to make it up to her
Y/n pov

I walk away hearing max mumble "but you can trust me"
As much as I wanted to say yes I couldn't. I couldn't trust him that had a lot of personal stuff in it and he knows all about my family and...EVERYTHING!

I walk into my tent. Nerris was asleep already which I was glad for. I didn't have to explain everything. I fell on my bed and fell asleep.

Neil pov

I was up working on a project happy I was able to actually work with put max teasing me about being a nerd. It was around 12:00 am or something on those lines when I hear the tent open.
"Hey max?*turns towards tent door* WHAT HAPPENED!"
"Nothing go to sleep"
"Max your crying"
"I'M FINE"
"You don't look like it"
"Well I am"
"Fine get some sleep you obviously need it"
"...thanks Neil"
I give him a confused look
"*sigh* your definitely now fine"
I walk over to him
"What are you doing?"
I hug him and he almost immediately hugs back and mumbles
"She said she couldn't trust me"
"W-what"
"I told Y-n I liked her...she said she couldn't trust me"
"I-im so sorry max..but your a great guy and if she doesn't like you it's her loss"
"No I shouldn't have took her diary and I shouldn't have read it"
"You what"
"...yeahhh"
"Max your a fucking idiot"
"I know"
"It'll take a lot to get her trust back yaknow"

"Oh look max and Neil love each other" She rolls her eyes

Ok so alot has been going on and I haven't been able to write and I had a chapter going but I wasn't in connection so...it didn't save and I got really upset and a few more personal things have been happening with Layla senpai and I feel terrible and have been talking to her alot so I haven't had time to update so...I'm so sorry but I'm writing the next chapter as we speak so I'm sooooo sorry for the long wait and it might not be that much for you but how last chapter ended I wanted to get this out for you guys I love you all!
