I have a really important announcement at the end of this chapter. please take the time to read it.

Mark's Point of View

It was the last week of tour.
I looked down at Nathan and saw he was kind of glum.
I felt bad. We haven't spoken since the whole Hazel thing.

Everyone stopped talking in Digi.
It's not the same anymore. We all went our separate ways and moved on.
Digi was coming to an end.

With being 18, we weren't the same quirky 15 year olds anymore.

No one has heard from Hazel in years or months. We all missed her dearly, but that hasn't stopped us from moving on with our lives. We needed to move on and grow up.

The ride back to my home state was quiet. My mother wasn't expecting me, so I was to surprise her. My sister was gone, she moved in with her dad, after realizing who he was.

Everyone had split. My family, my digi family, even my friends.
It was so weird to have everything around you just stop.
Like nothing changed at all.

I have no idea where we'll all go after this. I'm going to be with my mom until I figure out what I want to do.

Hazel's Point of View

I ran my hand through my curled hair as I decided what to do.
I had reached the parking lot of the drive way.
I had called an Uber and I was waiting for it to show.

I decided I was going to go home.
I haven't been in Pennsylvania in years. The entire thought made my stomach flip.

I sat down in the car and gave the man my street address.
It would take 45 minutes to get there.

I opened my phone and pulled up my texts.
I clicked the all too familiar name.

Looking through the old messages, I saw how close we used to be.
It's all so different now.
Ever since I basically disappeared, I've had really no one.

I ruined everything I had with Mark.
Everyone I was friends with, gone.

Vanessa and I are no longer friends.
After a stupid argument and a few blocked accounts, I got over it.
Its crazy. If she were reading this now.

the time skip is only bc I have so much that I want to happen but cannot proceed with it. the age restrictions were killing the story.

Fyi: I didn't fix my problem with the fonts and stuff, but I figured out a way to kinda make it work.
