Once the pair was coasting down the palm tree lined streets of L.A. Anahi turned to look at her best friend. He was very attractive. Bright blue eyes and a beautiful head of soft brown hair. Staring at Daniel's side profile, you could see his very defined jawline, something every girl at their school loved. She smiled fondly at her best friend.
"You'd make any girl really happy, you know." She said, intertwining their fingers and leaning back into the passenger seat. Daniel smiled and looked over at the small girl.
"You'd make any guy really happy" Daniel replied.
"Speaking about guys, I- I like someone." Anahi stuttered. She bit her lip and risked a quick glance at Daniel.
"Who? Do I know them?" Daniel question, taking his eyes off the road for a moment to look at Anahi.
"Uhm, Jonah. I like Jonah" Anahi glanced over at Daniel.
"Jonah? Jonah Marais?" Daniel questioned. Had the car radio not have been on, you could've heard Daniel's heart break. Anahi only nodded and looked out the window, observing the scenery.
