Welp. That nap was no use . Every time I sleep my dreams create an alternative world of suffering. When I'm awake I can escape it but then I'll have to deal with the suffering of pain in reality . Therefore I'm always in pain , awake or asleep .
Walking slowly into the kitchen I softly call him out .
"Burt? You there ?"
To my surprise he coiled around my right leg.
" I'm sorry burt. Honesty is the best policy but I guess I shouldn't tell you what you already know right . It can get annoying . "
He licked my hand twice.
" But hey , you know that's why I love you . You're unique and often rejected . I will never reject you burt. You're attractive in my eyes. "
He slightly nodded and headed to his spot , under the living room table .
