I waited so long
For you to come
Then you were here
And now you're gone
I was not prepared
For you to leave me
Oh this is misery

Are you still there?

I wanna scream
Is this a dream?
How could this happen,
Happen to me?
This isn't fair
This nightmare
This kind of torture
I just can't bear
I want you here
I want you here

God help me,
God help me,
God help me
Breathe

I wanna scream
Is this a dream?
How could this happen,
Happen to me?
This isn't fair
This nightmare
This kind of torture
I just can't bear
I want you here
I want you here
Ooh... ooh...

An ache
So deep
That I
Can hardly breathe

"DAMMIT!" He screamed, punching a lamp post. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME!"

"Fredrick." Nightmare emerged from the shadows, startling him. "There's something wrong with all of us."

"Yeah, like that's anymore reassuring." Fredrick grumbled, kicking at the pavement.

"I know its not. Not without the rest." Nightmare felt around blindly until he reached Fredrick. "What I mean to say is, we all have something wrong with us. But that makes us human. Every flaw makes us perfect. Now can you help me find the lamp post to lean against? I know there's one here. I heard you hit it."

"How do you know this?" Fredrick asked, his voice slipping slightly into monotone as he helped his brother to the lamp post.

"I'm blind but I can hear. Frightmare always tried to keep our spirits up. Because that's what kept us alive. Our hope that something better will come along. Especially when Chew lost her leg." Nightmare sighed. "I blamed myself because I was supposed to keep an eye on her and went looking for trouble a little after. I guess I got it when I ran into those drug dealers."

"He seemed pretty hopeless when I said I would find homes for you guys." Fredrick's voice slipped completely back to monochrome.

"Well imagine spending seventeen years being told you're worthless by the person you're supposed to trust. Imagine having to raise five other kids when you're still a kid yourself. It beats down on your soul. Taints you." Nightmare sighed and reached into his pocket. He pulled out a packet of cigarettes and a lighter. "I know very damn well I'm only sixteen but I'm stressed."

"Actually, I was going to ask you to give me one too. Maybe it could take my mind off this." Fredrick sighed and took a cigarette when Nightmare offered him the box and later the lighter.

((I do NOT encourage smoking. This is just for the story.))

He took a deep drag and coughed a little at first before sighing and sitting down on the sidewalk. "Why the fuck do we have to be the ones god chose to fuck up?"

"I have no idea." Nightmare sighed, taking a drag of his cigarette. "No fucking idea."

As I stated before, I do not encourage smoking. I put it in because its a normal form of escape. I learned that from my mom who used to smoke.

Also, I realize that - before anyone flips out on me - CheeChee and Ennard being paired together is some for weird family x family, incest if you so wish to call it, but it won't cause many problems because Ennard is adopted.

Basically no freaky albino child. Not that I have anything against albinos. I actually find them pretty cool.
