"Levy,"

I felt softness all around me as I started to regain conscience. I grabbed a hold of it around me and pulled it closer.

"Levy,"

I moaned in annoyance and squirmed around, covering my ears up with the softness.

"Levy McGarden, get up. Or I'll have to tell Gajeel you had to cancel,"

I bolted up in my bed, pushing away my comfy blankets. "I'm up!"

Lucy snickered next to my bed. "And when you told me about yesterday, he sounded so excited,"

I blushed. "Promise you won't say anything about my, um, little lie?"

She laughed, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of bed. "I promise! I knew you were excited to read my book I finally finished!"

I smiled. "By the way, thanks for the dedication."

"No problem, I knew you'd like it. Don't worry, maybe today it'll come true," she winked. "Now come on, you said you wanted my help getting ready and I'm going to help."

I sighed. "Promise nothing to over the top alright?"

She smirked, dragging my towards my closet. "I can't guarantee anything,"

~Levy~

"Lu-chan went way over the top," I sighed, looking down at my clothes. "Why wouldn't she let me change?"

"Levy you look beautiful!"

I glanced in my mirror and shook my head. "Lu-chan, this isn't really my style."

She pouted. "It's so cute on you though. Besides it's just for one day! Levy-chan, please?"

I looked at the mirror again. Lu-chan had me dressed up in a pale yellow sundress with white polka dots scattered over it. It reached to about my mid thigh area and had the collar reached up to my neck with four or so buttons buttoned up at the top. A white collar wrapped itself around the edge of it and the sleeves were a thick strap, kind of like a muscle shirt. She also had a thick white ribbon tied just above my hips with a bows hanging in the back. A pair of white sandals and my hat I wore yesterday I also had on, as insisted by Lu-chan.

"Levy-chan, please?" she begged, standing next to me now. "For me?"

I frowned. "I don't really want to,"

Lucy put her hand on my shoulder and smiled. "Well I'm not gonna let you change, so it's probably best if you just agree."

I glance over at her with annoyance. "Fine, but only because I can't change into anything else,"

She nodded happily. "Of course! Remember, I want details about your date when you get back!"

"It's not a date!" I yelled immediately blushing. "Besides, you'll probably just go tell Mira. I think I've finally got her back off of me and Gajeel,"

Lucy smiled evilly, leaning in closer to my ear to whisper quietly. "That just means she's more focused on getting you two together. She doesn't have time to tease."

I shivered. "I'm scared."

I started slowly making my way towards the big tree I fell asleep next to yesterday. Apparently, that's where Gajeel was, as Lu-chan said. She told me that while I was asleep he had come over to the door and asked for someone to tell me to meet him at the tree. I'm just guessing this is the one he meant.
